If you want to spend a fabulous holiday by the sea with a good dose of urban flair, then the beautiful "Orquidia Apartment" is the ideal place for you.
This stylish flat offers all the convenience of an exceptional location, as well as being only 100 metres from the sea, it is also very close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The modern style flat, with air conditioning and central heating, will welcome you with a pleasant terrace in the front area with access to a garden and swimming pool of 7m x 3m where you can cool off on hot summer days.
If you prefer to spend a more leisurely day, you can relax on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the sun or on the terrace furniture under the palm tree, play a game of ping pong or enjoy great evenings al fresco, there is even a portable barbecue.
On entering, we find the dining room, with a large table and to the left the covered terrace, the ideal place to celebrate cheerful gatherings at any time of the day at the large table, where you can enjoy all kinds of delicacies. To the right, the cosy kitchen has everything an amateur chef needs to prepare a successful dinner, there is even a breakfast bar.
You can shop at the supermarket across the street or buy fresh produce at the quaint local market (Tuesdays and Sundays). For a bit of peace and quiet after your meal, just across the street is the lounge area. Here you can relax on the comfortable sofa with a full stomach and finish your evening.
The interior of the house is presented in a modern style. Nordic furniture and fresh, bright colours make the rooms shine in typical Majorcan style.
At the back there is a hallway. Directly in front of it there is a magnificent, perfectly equipped and absolutely pleasant bathroom with shower, where you can freshen up in the mornings. And if you get tired faster than expected, you can retire to one of the 2 elegant bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds) on either side of the bathroom and recharge your batteries for the next day.

We had a lovely 11 night stay here. We took the bus from the airport which dropped us literally right outside. The location is great, nice restaurants nearby and the supermarket across the road was great. Our kids (10&12) loved the pool and the 2 minsee more

The location is great, nice restaurants nearby and the supermarket across the road was great. Our kids (10&12) loved the pool and the 2 minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous. The apartment was well equipped with lots of little extras like a mat for the beach and an umbrella, which was really handy. We hope to come back some day!

We stayed at Joan's place at the end of May 2026. The apartment itself is great, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean. As others have said, the gate door is very tricky to get into and we found the noise from the road quite noticeable. I am a light sleeper and was glad of my earplugs! We however loved the ping pong table and swimming pool, which we used a lot. The immediate area is a little run down but we were nonetheless happy with a great supermarket and Indian restaurant across the street. The port and old town were an easy walk away. Joan was an excellent host, who was kind and friendly and very responsive. While we wouldn't stay here again, we would definitely stay in another of Joan's places.

We made good use of the coffee machine and cooked multiple meals per day in the kitchen. The bedrooms were very clean and tidy and Joan had very helpfully arranged a cot and high chair for our toddler which was fantastic. The house is very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping due to noise. The AC was useful but it was not real hot enough to be necessary at this time of year. There is a good supermarket just across the road and you are a 15 minute walk up to the old town where there are more restaurants and things to see and do. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and was never really busy. Due to this we only used the pool once but it was nice to have anyway. Overall à fantastic location for our first family holiday away.

Old town is worth visiting, only a 25 minute walk away. The water park is only a 25 minute walk, too. Accomodation was great but the only thing was that the baby gate was no longer installed on the balcony which is useful if you have tolders. Joan was super helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend if you want to be central, go out to restaurants and bars, have the option to self cater and have easy access to the bus for trips out of town. The private pool is also great.

One day we accidentally locked ourselves out; Joan responded immediately, and within less than 30 minutes someone was there to let us back in. He also checked in on the first day to make sure everything was okay and to see if there was anything else he could do. Highly recommended—thank you, Joan!

Super market is right across the street, we can even see from front door. Juan was super responsive - responded to all our doubts very soon . The only point for improvement is the key gets jammed in the front door . So it was 2 min work for us to take it out. Once we know the trick it got easier 😅Also the water drains a bit slow in washbasin. But overall Highly recommended!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Juans place in Mallorca. We went for our daughter’s first holiday abroad and the place was fantastic. The pool is totally private to the apartment so this was fantastic for us as a family! There is a fantastic beach only 3 see more

- The airconditioning in the living room didn't always cool the entire room properly. It wasn't too big of a deal for us though, so we didn't contact the staff about that during our stay. Otherwise I'm sure they would've helped out. The one in the besee more

We loved the location - The apartment is very close to the beach and a few minutes walk to the port where the majority of bars and restaurants are. There is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants across the road. Plenty of parking spaces neasee more
We loved the location - The apartment is very close to the beach and a few minutes walk to the port where the majority of bars and restaurants are. There is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants across the road. Plenty of parking spaces nearby and a bus stop just outside. The apartment is nice, clean and well equipped Plenty of sitting outside and we like that the garden was a bit sheltered but sunny so we could enjoy sitting outside in spite of the weather being a bit windy (we visited in April) The apartment is located close to the busy road and it might be a bit louder in a full season but the bedrooms are at the back and they are quiet. Contact with the property manager was very easy and quick (we had a problem with an alarm when we arrived but it was solved very quickly)

Nur geräuschempfindlich darf man nicht sein, wenn man draußen sitzt, da die Straße schon recht laut ist. Joan ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L’hôte est très réactif en cas de problème. L’emplacement est avantageux avec un Eroski de l’autre côté de la rue, très pratique. Nous avons apprécié la proximité directe à pied avec la plage d’alcudia. Le barbecue est appréciable également malgré la période de l’année fraîche. Je recommande pour un séjour reposant.

Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Joan war über WhatsApp hervorragend. Er nahm sich jeder „ Bitte“ zeitnah an und erkundigte sich mehrmals ob es uns an nichts fehlt. So ein super Service hatten wir bisher noch nie .

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Vermieter: Er war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Seine Restaurantempfehlungen waren wirklich gut. Insgesamt haben wir hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Und ich kann sagen: Wir würden wiederkommen.

Juan war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es gab beispielsweise viele Gewürze, eine Waschmaschine und sogar mehrere Kaffemaschinen mit entsprechend Kapseln etc. die uns den Start sehr einfach gemacht haben. Was wir nicht gefunden haben waren Shampoo / Duschgel und Waschmittel, aber das war auch nicht weiter problematisch. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar, einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt gegenüber und auch tolle Restaurants sind nur 10 Minuten Spaziergang entfernt. Natürlich war in der Nebensaison weniger los und es war daher sehr ruhig, aber das hatten wir auch nicht anders erwartet. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

La maison est super aussi. Il y a un grand jardin avec deux grandes tables pour manger dehors. Et le plus cool, c'est qu'il y a une piscine privée ! Les enfants ont adoré ! L'intérieur de la maison est propre et très bien équipé, c'est parfait pour un couple avec deux enfants. Les lits sont confortables. JUAN est très réactif et pro. Le check-in et le check-out sont simplifiés et autonomes. On a adoré notre séjour de 10 jours, et on reviendra sans hésiter !

The location couldn’t be better: 5 min to the beach, supermarket across the street, walking distance to the port with many restaurants and bars, 25 min walking to Alcudia old town. The bus stop to the airport, Alcudia old town and other destinations is in front of the house. In the garden you can hear the cars from the street but the apartment is very private and quiet inside. The owner is super friendly, very responsive and makes sure that you will love your vacation. It was already our 2nd visit and we will come back for sure!

Wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft, wird die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern vermissen. Wir fanden Tischtennis super, war einer der Hauptgründe für die Wohnung. Tisch ist neu, Schläger vorhanden, auch genügend Bälle. Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Ein positiver Aspekt ist auch die Nähe zum Einkaufsladen, sehr praktisch.
