If you want to spend a fabulous holiday with partial sea views, then the beautiful "Apartment Rosa 16" is the ideal place for you.
This elegant apartment offers all the comfort of an exceptional location, in addition to being just 50 m from the white sand beach of Alcúdia, it is also very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
The modern-style apartment welcomes its guests with a pleasant terrace with partial sea views in the front area.
If you prefer to spend a more leisurely day, you can go down to the beach located less than 50 m away.
The interior of the house is presented in a modern style. Nordic furniture and fresh, bright colours make the rooms shine with summer style.
The cozy kitchen has everything an amateur chef needs to prepare a successful dinner.
You just have to fill the refrigerator with all kinds of delicacies and that's it! You can then feast at the large dining table, and for a bit of peace and quiet afterwards, there is the living area, where you can lie down peacefully on the comfortable sofa with a full stomach and call it a night.
And if fatigue sets in faster than expected, you can retreat to one of the two elegant bedrooms (1 with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds) and recharge your batteries for the next day. For a refreshing shower in the morning there is a magnificent bathroom, perfectly equipped and with an absolutely pleasant atmosphere.

I will start my review with Esteve, he is amazing. He goes above and beyond. The apartment is exactly as described. Amazing sea views, walkable distance to the beach. We had washing machine as well. We booked for 5 days and we wouldn’t hesitate to cosee more

We booked for 5 days and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back here whenever we are in Palma. There is good car parking space available even during the peak hours on the roadsides

Die Wohnung von Joan war genau das, was wir für einen Kurzurlaub brauchten, um Mallorca kennenzulernen. Sie hat alles, was wir brauchten, mit einem schönen Blick auf das Mittelmeer, bequemen Betten und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, wenn wir nicht draußen kochen wollten, wenn wir nicht in eines der nahe gelegenen Restaurants gehen wollten. Die Wohnung ist nur einen Häuserblock von der Hauptstraße und dem Meer entfernt, was sie sehr attraktiv und zugänglich macht. Joan war auch ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Ich würde ihn auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde ihn für einen zukünftigen Besuch auf Mallorca in Betracht ziehen.
