If you want to spend a fabulous holiday by the sea with a good dose of urban flair, then the beautiful "Orquidia Apartment" is the ideal place for you.
This stylish flat offers all the convenience of an exceptional location, as well as being only 100 metres from the sea, it is also very close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The modern style flat, with air conditioning and central heating, will welcome you with a pleasant terrace in the front area with access to a garden and swimming pool of 7m x 3m where you can cool off on hot summer days.
If you prefer to spend a more leisurely day, you can relax on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the sun or on the terrace furniture under the palm tree, play a game of ping pong or enjoy great evenings al fresco, there is even a portable barbecue.
On entering, we find the dining room, with a large table and to the left the covered terrace, the ideal place to celebrate cheerful gatherings at any time of the day at the large table, where you can enjoy all kinds of delicacies. To the right, the cosy kitchen has everything an amateur chef needs to prepare a successful dinner, there is even a breakfast bar.
You can shop at the supermarket across the street or buy fresh produce at the quaint local market (Tuesdays and Sundays). For a bit of peace and quiet after your meal, just across the street is the lounge area. Here you can relax on the comfortable sofa with a full stomach and finish your evening.
The interior of the house is presented in a modern style. Nordic furniture and fresh, bright colours make the rooms shine in typical Majorcan style.
At the back there is a hallway. Directly in front of it there is a magnificent, perfectly equipped and absolutely pleasant bathroom with shower, where you can freshen up in the mornings. And if you get tired faster than expected, you can retire to one of the 2 elegant bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds) on either side of the bathroom and recharge your batteries for the next day.
The location of this flat is truly a dream for summer holiday lovers. Just walk out the door and you are on the street that takes you practically everywhere.
You may feel like diving into the wonderful turquoise waters of Alcudia several times a day, pack a picnic and go out to discover the island or stay all day relaxing on a sun lounger by the pool. The sound of the sea will keep you coming back for more.

We had a fantastic stay at Juans place in Mallorca. We went for our daughter’s first holiday abroad and the place was fantastic. The pool is totally private to the apartment so this was fantastic for us as a family! There is a fantastic beach only 3 see more

The pool is totally private to the apartment so this was fantastic for us as a family! There is a fantastic beach only 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment and lots of restaurants in close reach too. Juan was always responsive with requests and always on hand to help out with anything. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We loved our stay at Joan’s place. Nice rooms, very handy kitchen, all the amenities required. Baby chair and bed was in perfect condition. We loved the swimming pool and the sunny terrace. Perfect for families.

On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi.
On a manqué de rien ma copine et moi. Le logement est très bien équipé.
Et gros plus pour la piscine 🏊🏽♂️ : elle est beaucoup plus grande que sur les photos.

Amazing apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, table tennis and private pool. The location couldn’t be better: 5 min to the beach, supermarket across the street, walking distance to the port with many restaurants and bars, 25 min walking to Alcudia old town. The bus stop to the airport, Alcudia old town and other destinations is in front of the house. In the garden you can hear the cars from the street but the apartment is very private and quiet inside. The owner is super friendly, very responsive and makes sure that you will love your vacation. It was already our 2nd visit and we will come back for sure!

Hay una playa fantástica a solo 3 minutos a pie del apartamento y muchos restaurantes a poca distancia también. Juan siempre fue receptivo con las solicitudes y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudar con cualquier cosa. ¡Gracias por una estancia fantástica!

Situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble pittoresque de trois étages, il offre un jardin privé idéal pour des apéros en terrasse ou près de la piscine, laquelle est impeccable et parfaitement sécurisée pour les enfants grâce à ses paliers. L'intérieur est d'une propreté impeccable, avec deux chambres, une salle de bain, un spacieux séjour et une cuisine ouverte baignée de lumière naturelle grâce à de grandes baies vitrées. Mention spéciale à notre hôte Jouan, toujours ultra réactif via messages whatsap, qui a su répondre rapidement à toutes nos questions. La plage à seulement 5 minutes à pied et les commerces à proximité font de cet endroit un un lieu idéal pour les familles. Merci infiniment, Jouan !
