The "Alcudia Sea" apartment with all the necessary amenities to be able to be on the island, tennis courts, basketball, large pool, ping pong and many more things to have fun without going too far from here.
The "Alcudia Sea" apartment has a large terrace where you can have a snack every morning and watch the sun rise from here, disconnect and go down to swim in the large community pool and rest in the hammocks.
As soon as you enter the apartment you will find the spacious, well-lit living room with comfortable white sofas, a large flat-screen TV with internet connection and a table where you can have a morning snack or eat at night in good company.
The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and other utensils that will help you spend a dream vacation.
Two spacious well-lit rooms, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and of course, heating with radiators for cold winter days.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub where you can relax with a bathtub of hot water.
Its private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a balcony. Here you can relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy delicious meals in the evening.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area that includes a swimming pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, an outdoor shower and a tennis court. Thanks to its excellent location, the beautiful "Platja de Alcudia" can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Walking about 5 minutes you will find bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The "Colber" supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and a Lildl and an Eroski are a 5-minute drive away. There is a paddle tennis club 2 minutes' walk away that is open all year.

The electricity in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on check out. The electricity usgae will be deducted from the deposit (0,25 Euro / kWh).
