Este elegante apartamento ofrece toda la comodidad de una ubicación excepcional, además de estar a solo 100 metros del mar, también se encuentra muy cerca de tiendas, Supermercados y restaurantes.
El apartamento de estilo moderno, con aire acondicionado y calefacción central, les recibirá con una agradable terraza en la zona delantera con acceso a un jardín y piscina de 7m x 3m donde poder refrescarse en los calurosos días de verano.
Si prefiere pasar un día de forma más pausada, puede relajarse en una de las tumbonas y disfrutar del sol o en los muebles de terraza bajo la palmera, jugar un rato al ping pong o disfrutar de grandes veladas al fresco, incluso hay una barbacoa portátil.
Al entrar, nos encontramos con el comedor, con una gran mesa y a la izquierda la terraza cubierta, el lugar ideal para celebrar alegres reuniones a cualquier hora del día en la gran mesa, donde podrán disfrutar de todo tipo de manjares. A la derecha, la acogedora cocina tiene todo lo que un chef aficionado necesita para preparar una cena con éxito, incluso hay barra de desayuno.
Podrán comprar en el supermercado al otro lado de la calle o podrán comprar productos frescos en el pintoresco mercado local (martes y domingos). Para un poco de paz y tranquilidad después de comer, justo en frente está la zona de estar. Aquí podrán tumbarse tranquilamente en el cómodo sofá con el estómago lleno y terminar la velada.
El interior de la casa se presenta de un estilo moderno. Los muebles nórdicos y colores frescos y brillantes hacen que las habitaciones brillen con el típico estilo mallorquín.
Al fondo hay un distribuidor. Justo en frente hay un magnífico baño perfectamente equipado y con un ambiente absolutamente agradable con ducha, donde podrán refrescarse por las mañanas. Y si el cansancio se apodera de ustedes más rápido de lo previsto, podrán retirarse a descansar en uno de los 2 elegantes dormitorios (uno tiene cama de matrimonio, el otro, 2 camas individuales) que hay a cada lado del baño y recargar energías para el día siguiente.

The location is great, nice restaurants nearby and the supermarket across the road was great. Our kids (10&12) loved the pool and the 2 minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous. The apartment was well equipped with lots of little extras like a mat for the beach and an umbrella, which was really handy. We hope to come back some day!

We stayed at Joan's place at the end of May 2026. The apartment itself is great, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean. As others have said, the gate door is very tricky to get into and we found the noise from the road quite noticeable. I am a light sleeper and was glad of my earplugs! We however loved the ping pong table and swimming pool, which we used a lot. The immediate area is a little run down but we were nonetheless happy with a great supermarket and Indian restaurant across the street. The port and old town were an easy walk away. Joan was an excellent host, who was kind and friendly and very responsive. While we wouldn't stay here again, we would definitely stay in another of Joan's places.

Joan was very thorough in his communication prior to our trip and this led to no mix ups or challenges with check in. The space was as per the photos and descriptions and was very clean and neat. We made good use of the coffee machine and cooked multiple meals per day in the kitchen. The bedrooms were very clean and tidy and Joan had very helpfully arranged a cot and high chair for our toddler which was fantastic. The house is very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping due to noise. The AC was useful but it was not real hot enough to be necessary at this time of year. There is a good supermarket just across the road and you are a 15 minute walk up to the old town where there are more restaurants and things to see and do. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and was never really busy. Due to this we only used the pool once but it was nice to have anyway. Overall à fantastic location for our first family holiday away.

Nur geräuschempfindlich darf man nicht sein, wenn man draußen sitzt, da die Straße schon recht laut ist. Joan ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L’hôte est très réactif en cas de problème. L’emplacement est avantageux avec un Eroski de l’autre côté de la rue, très pratique. Nous avons apprécié la proximité directe à pied avec la plage d’alcudia. Le barbecue est appréciable également malgré la période de l’année fraîche. Je recommande pour un séjour reposant.

Old town is worth visiting, only a 25 minute walk away. The water park is only a 25 minute walk, too. Accomodation was great but the only thing was that the baby gate was no longer installed on the balcony which is useful if you have tolders. Joan was super helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend if you want to be central, go out to restaurants and bars, have the option to self cater and have easy access to the bus for trips out of town. The private pool is also great.

Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, was ein grosses Plus ist. Allerdings gibt es nur wenige Restaurants in der Umgebung, etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Die Kissen (Memory Foam) waren leider sehr unbequem und sollten definitiv ausgetauscht werden. Der Kontakt mit Joan war hervorragend, er hat extrem schnell reagiert. Insgesamt sehr stark empfohlen.

Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Joan war über WhatsApp hervorragend. Er nahm sich jeder „ Bitte“ zeitnah an und erkundigte sich mehrmals ob es uns an nichts fehlt. So ein super Service hatten wir bisher noch nie .

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Vermieter: Er war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Seine Restaurantempfehlungen waren wirklich gut. Insgesamt haben wir hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Und ich kann sagen: Wir würden wiederkommen.

Was wir nicht gefunden haben waren Shampoo / Duschgel und Waschmittel, aber das war auch nicht weiter problematisch. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar, einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt gegenüber und auch tolle Restaurants sind nur 10 Minuten Spaziergang entfernt. Natürlich war in der Nebensaison weniger los und es war daher sehr ruhig, aber das hatten wir auch nicht anders erwartet. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

Super market is right across the street, we can even see from front door. Juan was super responsive - responded to all our doubts very soon . The only point for improvement is the key gets jammed in the front door . So it was 2 min work for us to take it out. Once we know the trick it got easier 😅Also the water drains a bit slow in washbasin. But overall Highly recommended!!!

La maison est super aussi. Il y a un grand jardin avec deux grandes tables pour manger dehors. Et le plus cool, c'est qu'il y a une piscine privée ! Les enfants ont adoré ! L'intérieur de la maison est propre et très bien équipé, c'est parfait pour un couple avec deux enfants. Les lits sont confortables. JUAN est très réactif et pro. Le check-in et le check-out sont simplifiés et autonomes. On a adoré notre séjour de 10 jours, et on reviendra sans hésiter !

The bus stop to the airport, Alcudia old town and other destinations is in front of the house. In the garden you can hear the cars from the street but the apartment is very private and quiet inside. The owner is super friendly, very responsive and makes sure that you will love your vacation. It was already our 2nd visit and we will come back for sure!

Auch die Waschmaschine, nur hätten wir vielleicht etwas Waschmittel von zu Hause mitnehmen sollen, um nicht eine große Packung vor Ort kaufen zu müssen. Fernseher mit Smart-TV: YouTube, Netflix ... Klimaanlage haben wir nicht wirklich benutzt, also kann ich nichts über die Leistung sagen, aber sie funktioniert in allen Zimmern. Wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft, wird die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern vermissen. Wir fanden Tischtennis super, war einer der Hauptgründe für die Wohnung. Tisch ist neu, Schläger vorhanden, auch genügend Bälle. Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Ein positiver Aspekt ist auch die Nähe zum Einkaufsladen, sehr praktisch.

Many restaurants around but nothing opened yet in Feb. Supermarket just across the street. We guess the noise in summer might be considerable due to restaurants and larger street in front of the house.

We loved the location - The apartment is very close to the beach and a few minutes walk to the port where the majority of bars and restaurants are. There is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants across the road. Plenty of parking spaces neaver más

The apartment is nice, clean and well equipped Plenty of sitting outside and we like that the garden was a bit sheltered but sunny so we could enjoy sitting outside in spite of the weather being a bit windy (we visited in April) The apartment is located close to the busy road and it might be a bit louder in a full season but the bedrooms are at the back and they are quiet. Contact with the property manager was very easy and quick (we had a problem with an alarm when we arrived but it was solved very quickly)
