Description
"Finca S'Hostalet" is a pleasant finca with a maximum capacity of four people located in Montuïri, in the middle of nature. The house is distributed on a ground floor, with 100m². As you enter, you will come into the living-dining room with a table for 4 people, a sofa, smart TV and air conditioning. Next to it, you will find the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which offers another dining table and a wood cooker. Access to the bedrooms and bathroom is through the living room. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and air conditioning. Finally, the bathroom is fully equipped with a shower.
The outside will captivate you, the beautiful swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and is perfect for cooling off on warm days. There are sun loungers around the pool and outdoor furniture where you can relax. The covered terrace will be a perfect place to enjoy a refreshing breakfast in the morning. In addition, for barbecue lovers, there is a barbecue ready for use, and a covered outdoor kitchen.
The Finca is located in the centre of the island, in "Es Pla", only half an hour's drive from the capital Palma, where you can enjoy shopping and gastronomy. If you love hiking, Puig de Randa is only 10 Km away and is a perfect place to go with the family. If you prefer to go to the beach, Can Pastilla or S'Arenal are 25 minutes away by car. Best of all, almost all the beaches in the south of the island are only 30 minutes away by car.

Wonderful, vast and most importantly, clean house. Ideal for anyone wanting a quiet retreat away from the usual activity. A hire car is a must. There is a local supermarket nearby. Pool is a good size. A/C is sufficient. Beautiful stay and we will mosee more

A very nice and private house in the middle of the island - easy to get to anywhere. Pros: very private, you can hardly see anyone around. Pool. Enough space for 4 people. A lovely outdoor kitchen if you love to cook. Orange trees and an olive tree nsee more

A lovely outdoor kitchen if you love to cook. Orange trees and an olive tree next to the house. Peaceful. Cons: you can hear the highway and the cars passing by, so if you want nature and quiet, this might not be the best option for you. No washing machine. A guy came to clean the pool in the morning unannounced (we were not ready for this as we were still in our nightgowns :D). All in all - we had a lovely time with our family and the house was a good fit. Thank you!

Ein sehr schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Haus mit einem schönen Aussenbereich und einem tollen Pool. Für Ausflüge ist die zentrale Lage perfekt. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter wahr sehr nett.

Leider haben wir die Nähe zur MA 15 unterschätzt, denn je nachdem wie der Wind weht ist die Autobahn doch sehr stark zu hören.

Het is een heel mooi huis met grote tuin / terrein er om heen. Dit maakt dat je heel veel privacy hebt. Ook heb je een eigen zwembad, mooi terras en buitenkeuken. De eigenaar is ook enorm vriendelijk, hij was goed in communicatie en dacht met ons meesee more

De eigenaar is ook enorm vriendelijk, hij was goed in communicatie en dacht met ons mee. Hij kwam ook speelgoed brengen voor onze dochter, heel fijn! Verder zit er heel dichtbij een supermarkt waar je alles kan halen, je hoeft niet ver weg. Ook is er een wasmachine en bbq aanwezig. Eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt, staat in de woning. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad.

Niets. Als ik dan iets zou moeten noemen, dan is het dat je voor alle stranden etc. tussen de 20-30 min moet rijden. Maar daar staat dan tegenover dat je op een plek zit met zoveel ruimte en privacy, dus dat is een afweging die je zelf moet maken. Husee more

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Accommodatie was mooier dan op de foto’s. Contact met de host was top. Als er wat was, reageerde hij heel snel. Had zelfs allemaal cadeaus voor ons zoontje klaargelegd.
