Just a few metres away, you’ll reach a paradise-like beach, perfect for long walks, fresh sea breezes and moments of pure relaxation.
To access the “Misefo” apartment, simply go up a short flight of stairs. On this floor, you will find three double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) to ensure comfort all year round.
The open-plan kitchen connects to the bright living area and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and all essential utensils. Natural light flows in from the balcony, where you can enjoy partial sea views. On this floor, you will also find a full bathroom and an additional guest toilet.
Upstairs, a spacious terrace awaits you, with a covered porch, a cosy chill-out area and sunbeds – perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. You can also enjoy the barbecue, ideal for cooking outdoors and delighting your family or friends on warm summer evenings under the stars.
Parking is easy: you can park for free right in front of the house.
We provide high-speed fibre-optic internet, ideal for remote working.
Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
The chalet is suitable for babies. A cot and highchair are available on request at no extra cost.
No events are allowed.
Satellite TV and Netflix are available.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Cleaning is done by the owners.
- There are no neighbors. Only the owners are on the ground floor during the summer months from April to September, and they will help you with your arrival, information, and advice if required.
- Remember that electricity consumption is paid at the end of your stay. It is charged at €0.45 per kW. The normal cost for a week, without excessive consumption, is €25-35.

Ein tolles Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Bad und separatem WC, Balkon und einer Terrasse am Eingang. Highlight war die riesige Dachterrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Schatten, Liegen, Grill und sogar einem extra Raum mit Spülbecken, Büchern und Musiksee more
Ein tolles Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Bad und separatem WC, Balkon und einer Terrasse am Eingang. Highlight war die riesige Dachterrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Schatten, Liegen, Grill und sogar einem extra Raum mit Spülbecken, Büchern und Musikanlage – dazu ein Wahnsinnsblick auf die komplette Bucht. Im Haus gab es 4 Klimaanlagen (Wohnzimmer und alle Schlafzimmer), alles war schick, sauber und gemütlich. Besonders toll war der Vermieter Miquel, der im selben Haus mit separatem Eingang wohnt: super freundlich, hat im Voraus alles perfekt kommuniziert und vorbereitet, und wir durften früher einziehen und länger bleiben. Das absolute Highlight war die Begrüßung – kalte Getränke (Cola, Bier, ein leckerer regionaler Weißwein) sowie süßes und deftiges Gebäck mit hausgemachten Tomaten von seiner Frau standen auf der Dachterrasse bereit, und wir haben gemeinsam mit Miquel angestoßen. Alles im Haus war in top Zustand, und Miquel war bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle, hat uns ansonsten aber einfach unseren Urlaub genießen lassen.
