Description
A very cosy and peaceful village house with a swimming pool in Muro, sleeping up to 5 people. The property features a swimming pool, terrace and barbecue, making it ideal for enjoying pleasant evenings. The lovely chlorinated swimming pool measures 8 x 3 metres and is 1 to 1.5 metres deep. Around the pool, you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers under the palm trees. The terrace next to the pool is furnished with an outdoor dining area suitable for 6 people, situated right next to the barbecue. The property is fenced and has immediate neighbours.
The 300 m² house is spread over three floors. Upon entering the ground floor, you come into the modern and cosy living-dining room, furnished with sofas where you can watch satellite TV whilst enjoying the cool air from the air conditioning. The charming kitchen, fitted with a ceramic hob, is fully equipped and also features a small dining area for five people. On the ground floor is the first of the bedrooms, featuring a double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The floor is completed by a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor are the other two bedrooms: one with a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; and the other with a trundle bed, a desk, a wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a third bathroom on this floor with a bath. A cot and a high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby. The property also has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, located on the -1 floor.

We had a pretty great time on our family vaccation. The place is very spacious and cozy, well decorated and maintained, extra points for the pool :) There is a separate bathroom for every bedroom, so a great choice if a privacy is a concern. AC is insee more

The place is very spacious and cozy, well decorated and maintained, extra points for the pool :) There is a separate bathroom for every bedroom, so a great choice if a privacy is a concern. AC is installed in every room, which is life saving in a hot Mallorca. There is a big garage, so no worries about where to keep your car. The location is good as well - Muro is pretty charming little town, shops and bakery are in a walking distance, beach is 20 minutes by a car. Overall, very pleased with our stay and definetely reccomend it.

Wow wow wow ! I was so lucky to stay here and I hope to do it again. The house is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pool was great and even had an outdoor shower to rinse off the chlorine water. Washer and Dryer work great and the see more

The pool was great and even had an outdoor shower to rinse off the chlorine water. Washer and Dryer work great and the kitchen has all the necessities and more. Amazing bathrooms with nice showers and bidets. I loved it and have no complaints! The garage is also a major plus but keep in mind if you have a car that is big (SUV or bigger) it might be a little harder to park inside the garage. Thank you Joan and I appreciate you! Будинок розташований в чудовому місці, хоч і до пляжу треба їхати. В приміщенні було прибрано, басейн чистий. Також дуже порадувало наповнення будинку (була вся необхідна посуда, парасольки для пляжу та все інше, що може знадобитися). Відмінна зона бsee more

Також дуже порадувало наповнення будинку (була вся необхідна посуда, парасольки для пляжу та все інше, що може знадобитися). Відмінна зона барбекю (для нас це був важливий критерій), наявність столів біля басейну, на балконі, всередині на кухні та у вітальні - теж порадували. Зручна парковка для авто в цокольному поверсі. Цей будинок точно вартує своїх грошей.

Die Unterkunft war für ein Pärchen mehr als ausreichend, ich würde sogar sagen zu groß, aber im positiven Sinn. Daher haben wir das Platz Angebot umso mehr genossen. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, extrem hilfsbereit und hatte mit sehr schnellen Antworten einem ein sehr tolles Gefühl gegeben. Die Garage für das Auto war richtig groß. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war toll und mit den Klimaanlagen konnten wir innerhalb weniger Stunden das ganze Haus super auf Wunsch Temperatur bringen, trotz der Außentemperatur von über 35°C die ganze Woche. Der Pool war sauber und die Reinigung hat mühelos und automatisch funktioniert. Wir haben Muro als Ort gewählt, weil wir dadurch recht zentral zu allen Orten waren und dadurch mit dem Mietwagen wunderbar an jeden Strand und jedem anderen Spot innerhalb einer Stunde waren und Palma war nur eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Für uns als Pärchen dass viel sehen wollte optimal. Wir können die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. 5/5 Sternen
