"Cas Pedri" is a house near the sea with a maximum capacity for six people located in Can Picafort, less than 500 metres from the beach.
Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious and bright living room equipped with flat screen TV and comfortable sofas.
Three bedrooms (one of them en suite) and two fully equipped bathrooms.
The outside space will delight you, a garden with green lawns and an infinity pool create a perfect environment to spend a wonderful holiday in Majorca.

Nuostabūs šeimininkai, bendravimas labai šiltas, malonus, gavome nuorodų kur ir ką pamatyti, aplankyti. Vieta gera, namas erdvus, yra visko ko gali prireikti. Automobilį galima statyti gatvėje arba kieme.

Keliavom lapkričio mėnesį, name buvo vėsoka, drėgna, ypač apatiniame aukšte (galima šildytis įjungiant kondicionierius, tačiau už elektrą mokama papildomai išvažiuojant). Remontas nėra naujas, tačiau namas tvarkingas, prižiūrėtas.

Jedes Schlafzimmer war klimatisiert. die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut obwohl einiges vielleicht überarbeitet werden müsste aber wirklich genug Geschirr und Gläser, das habe ich woanders schon anders erlebt. Durch den hohen Kalkanteil im Wasser spült die Spülmaschinen nicht so exakt wie wir es gewohnt sind, fand ich wirklich gut, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab. Ein Wort zu den Vermietern, ein wirklich nettes Ehepaar sehr zuvorkommend. Sie haben sogar einen Abend für uns paar Paella gekocht. Es war ein schöner Abschluss von unserem Urlaub.

Was ich nicht so gut fand, war, dass wir doch einen größere Ameisenbefall hatten. Aber dafür hat die Vermieter auch ein Mittel hier stehen und für die Mückenplage kann ja nun niemand was, aber es war schon unangenehm.

Das Ferienhaus Cas Predi by Rentallorca hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man wohnt ruhig, ist aber in 7 bis 8 Minuten am Strand und bei Geschäften und Restaurants. Eine Bushaltestelle und ein großer Spielplatz sind in ca. 3-4 Minuten erreicht. Wir haben dortsee more
Das Ferienhaus Cas Predi by Rentallorca hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man wohnt ruhig, ist aber in 7 bis 8 Minuten am Strand und bei Geschäften und Restaurants. Eine Bushaltestelle und ein großer Spielplatz sind in ca. 3-4 Minuten erreicht. Wir haben dort 12 herrliche Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter aber sehr gepflegt. Vor allem der Gartenbereich um den Pool ist wunderschön gestaltet und wurde von uns viel genutzt. Auch das Ein- und Auschecken mit den freundlichen Besitzern hat perfekt funktioniert. We hebben fijne dagen gehad in het zeer complete huis. De eigenaren wonen er zelf in de winter en dat was te zien: alles was er! Bij aankomst een gevulde koelkast, fruitschaal vol, stapels handdoeken. Zelfs zonnebrandcrème was er te vinden. Echt een see more

"Petit Bijoux" is an exclusive villa with a maximum capacity for six people located in Can Picafort, less than 2 km from the beach.
Outside, there is a beautiful garden with lawn, several seating areas and a variety of trees and shrubs. There is a private swimming pool measuring 9,30m x 4,80m, surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, and a separate pool for the children. There is a covered terrace with a large table and a covered area for lounging and yoga.
Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious and cosy dining room, equipped with a large table that can accommodate up to eight people. Next to the table, you will see a pellet cooker that brings a homely atmosphere to the room.
The living room is located to the right of the dining room, with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. This space is perfect for relaxing after dinner or enjoying a movie with the family.
From the dining room, to the left, you can access the luxury kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The design of the kitchen is elegant, with a central island and large windows that offer plenty of natural light.
The villa has three bedrooms. One of them has a private dressing room and the other two have large wardrobes. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. They all have a double bed and air conditioning (hot and cold). In addition, two rooms have en suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The third bathroom with shower is shared.
Finally, the kitchen and the living room have air conditioning (hot and cold) and underfloor heating. The house has private parking on the property.
Please note that the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are not heated.
The Villa "Petit Bijouc" is situated in a quiet and easily accessible location on the outskirts of Can Picafort. The beach is situated less than 2 km away, is fine sandy and quite long, ideal for water sports and families with children. You will easily find all the services, such as shops, restaurants and bars and a wide range of leisure activities, both for children and adults, as well as nightlife. The weekly street market is held on Friday mornings, where you can enjoy the day along the promenade. From here you can also visit, either by car or by bus, the beautiful villages of Alcúdia or Pollença.
Important:
- Charging electric vehicles at the vacation home is not allowed. In case of non-compliance, a fee of 20 Euro per day per vehicle will be charged.
