Four spacious bedrooms with a maximum capacity for 7 people, with about 350 m2 of property. Furthermore, it is located on the beachfront with impressive views of the sea and the mountains.
The property is located in an ideal location for children, at a distance of 4 km from the centre of Alcúdia, less than 2 km away you will find bars, cafes, bicycle rental, supermarkets and restaurants among others. We recommend the restaurant Bistro 1909 and Miramar, as well as the supermarkets Mercadona, Müller and Lidl, all within 2 km distance.
The villa has a wide range of facilities and services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests can enjoy the spacious terrace, with plenty of place to sit and relax, either on the rocking chair or on the sun loungers. They can dine on the covered terrace with stunning sea views.
On entering, we find the living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, TV and a large dining table. Next, there is the kitchen, fully equipped with breakfast table, toaster, microwave, juicer, kitchenware and cooker among other things. Everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals in comfort during your holiday.

We spent very little time inside as we had such a beautiful outside living area.

There’s a charming British pub just two doors down, and we dined there several evenings. The food was fantastic. We tried it for breakfast one morning, but I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. We arrived in Alcudia a bit earlier than anticipated, and Joan kindly allowed us to check in early. The surrounding area is incredibly tranquil and peaceful. We will definitely stay there again.

They go above and beyond to provide everything you need. the location is amazing. our favorite beach was less than 10 minute car ride. we had a problem with the remote of one of the bedrooms AC units and the owner came right away to provide a new one. Juan, also, was very patient with me as I didn't read all the check in instructions accurately 🙃 and he was on the phone with us answering all our questions even after hours. The place not only is extremely clean, very well restocked of plates, cups, kitchen utensils, pans, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lots of very helpful small appliances, hangers for your clothes, but also located in an amazing spot. you can see the best sunsets and sunrises. We cannot recommend this place more.

The kitchen is nice but not very well equipped for big cooking sessions for family. In may it was a bit windy some days at the seaside but there is the second terrace and little garden in the front to hide from the wind and still enjoy the sun.

Todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, algo que se agradece muchísimo. La casa tiene una galería muy linda y una vista realmente agradable, ideal para disfrutar y relajarse. Hay una pequeña playa cerca, aunque para nosotros no era una playa como para pasar el día o elegir el alojamiento específicamente por eso. Las playas más lindas están aproximadamente a 15–20 minutos en auto, lo cual tampoco fue un problema. Todo estaba muy bien organizado y funcionando correctamente. Además, el propietario fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estadía, y tuvo el detalle de permitirnos hacer el check-in antes del horario previsto, algo que agradecimos mucho. En general, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia y volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Villa in Alcúdia mit direktem Blick auf den Strand und einer wunderschönen Terrasse, auf der man perfekt entspannen konnte. Der Ausblick und die Lage waren einfach unschlagbar. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – es standen bereits Wasserflaschen und kleine Süßigkeiten für uns bereit, was uns direkt ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Auch Kaffeekapseln waren ausreichend vorhanden, sodass wir entspannt in den Urlaub starten konnten. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Sowohl in der Küche als auch im Bad hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll vorbereitet. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einer wirklich schönen Unterkunft, in der wir wunderbar abschalten und uns bestens erholen konnten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Amabilísimo Joan en todo momento para responder a nuestras consultas y la propietaria, muy amable también, al extender la hora de nuestra salida. Aprovechamos las playas, calas y los lindisimos pueblos de la isla, pero disfrutamos mucho, al mismo tiempo, “volver a casa”. Desayunar en la terraza frente al mar y mirar el atardecer, dos lujazos que nos animan a volver!!!

Villa "Vistafar" is a modern house for up to 8 persons with private pool and sea views, located in Alcanada, the best area of the bay of Alcudia.
The property is totally successful, on the lower floor you will find a large terrace with a mediterranean garden and a swimming pool perfect for the hot days. Of course, you will find a barbecue to delight your fellow travellers.
The first bedroom you will find as soon as you enter on the right hand side has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. From this room you can go to the swimming pool.
The other two bedrooms, also on the same floor, have two single beds with direct access to the pool. These two bedrooms will share a full bathroom.
The living room space is on the first floor. From here you can look out over the sea and the lighthouse of Alcanada. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor with a kingsize bed.
