Apartment number "F" is one of the five apartments available that we have, it offers all the comfort you need for your holidays.
With a rustic-modern style, with hot and cold air conditioning, it will welcome you with a pleasant terrace in the front area with access to a 9m x 4m garden and pool where you can cool off on the hot summer days.
Upon entering, you will find an open-plan kitchen to the living room, it has all the necessary equipment. Here you can lie down comfortably on the comfortable sofa with a full stomach and end the evening.
The interior of the house is presented in a modern style. The Nordic furniture and fresh and bright colours make the rooms shine with the typical Majorcan style. Less than 2 kilometres away you will find the historic centre of the picturesque town of Petra. Here you can enjoy restaurants, cafes and a beautiful museum to visit.

Juan is very helpful, friendly and understanding. Unfortunately the guests before us must have smoked in the bedroom and it smelled a bit but the owner was great and let us move to apartment F instead, immediately after we mentioned it. We really liksee more

We really liked the new apartment, it’s very cosy and has everything you need. Nice bathroom and kitchen as well as a terrace. Very peaceful and relaxing with great views. We enjoyed our stay!

Le logement est très agréable, nous étions dans le F qui dispose d'une belle terrasse avec transats, chaises, table, au premier étage avec une belle vue dégagée sur la nature (beaux couchers de soleil). Nous avons apprécié la paisibilité, aucun bruit pour dormir sur un lit de belle dimension et très confortable. Cuisine fonctionnelle (grand réfrigérateur avec partie congélation), moderne, parfaite pour confectionner des repas simples (pas beaucoup de vaisselle type saladiers mais largement suffisant). L'hôte est amical et très réactif. Un conseil pour arriver à bon port, sur Waze, indiquer le nom du propriétaire (SON CALO) afin de ne pas chercher. Le domaine est très joli, authentique avec les belles pierres de MARJORQUE. Nous avons passé 7 jours très agréables dans ce logement !!!

Algo increíble, en el baño no hay puerta. Llamamos al propietario y nos dice "que siempre a estado así y que están fabricando una puerta" flipa!! Acaso se ha visto en algún sitio que en el espacio del inodoro no haya una puerta?? Pues nada, nos tuvimsee more

Acaso se ha visto en algún sitio que en el espacio del inodoro no haya una puerta?? Pues nada, nos tuvimos que buscar la vida para poner una cortina. En ningún caso se nos ofreció el cambio de apartamento.
En caso de que queráis reservar en el alojamiento acordaos de llevar una puerta si queréis algo de intimidad en el baño, igual no han terminado de fabricar la puerta. |

¡Para repetir! Solo hay que tomar en cuenta que no hay puerta en el baño y los apartamentos no tienen lavadora. Por lo demás, nos encantó tanto el trato, como el apartamento y las vistas.

Uns hat das Appartment F sehr gut gefallen. Die obere Terrasse, die zur Whg. gehört, ist sehr privat und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Wir haben insgesamt die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Stadt Petra ist nicht weit entfernt und bietet Alles was man braucht.Dsee more

Die Unterkunft F ist wunderschön, mit einem großen privaten Balkon auf dem man schöne Sonnenuntergänge ansehen kann. Es war leider zu kalt für den Pool, aber das ganze Anwesen sah sehr schön gepflegt und sauber aus. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da es auch zum nächsten Supermarkt recht weit ist, dennoch haben wir die Stille, zusammen mit den extrem süßen Schafen, genossen!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch und lässt einen sofort in den Entspannungsmodus kommen. Auto allerdings ein Muss. Die beschriebene Anzeige ist zum Großteil zutreffend. Die Grundausstattung gerade in der Küche war für unsere Bedürfnisse leider dürftig. Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl waren nur sehr rationiert in Minivariante (Verpackung a 2g / 10ml) vorhanden. Das Geschirr und Teile der Küche/ Bad waren leider nicht sehr sauber. Das Kochgeschirr war nicht sehr umfangreich. Fehlendes Backpapier, Topflappen, Untersetzter, Küchenrolle, Servietten.. machten das Kochen etwas schwieriger. Positiv waren die vielen Elektrogeräte in der Küche und die wirklich schöne Anlage, sowie die private Terasse. ein Wäscheständer wird ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt, sowie Pool Handtücher. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Für mich persönlich hat die Liebe zum Detail etwas gefehlt. Die Räumlichkeiten haben so viel Potential, welche sich durch einfach Kniffe aufwerten ließen
