PRE-BOOKING INFORMATION

These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter referred to as General Conditions) will govern the commercial relationship between JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS and the user or client for the booking made through the forms provided by JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS on its www.rentallorca.com website.

Booking through the websites of JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS implies the express acceptance by the customer or user of these conditions, as well as the terms of use established for user navigation on the pages owned by JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS.

These conditions will apply without prejudice to the application of legal regulations on the subject that may apply in each case.

The General Booking Conditions regulate the distance booking relationship between JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS and the user or client, in accordance with legal stipulations, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Booking Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Organization, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

These modifications may be made through its websites, in any legally acceptable form, and will be binding during the time they are published on the website and until validly modified by subsequent ones. However, JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Booking Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when deemed appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner. The changes referred to in this section will not affect bookings made before the date of their publication.

You can register as a user on the website to make the reservation online in the corresponding section on the website itself. In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS informs users that the personal data collected during the registration and subsequent booking process will be incorporated into the processing system owned by JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS, for the purpose of processing these actions by the user and managing subsequent actions derived from them.

By booking with JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS through its website, the user or client expressly declares to know, understand, and accept these terms of use and the General Conditions. Likewise, the user declares to be of legal age or emancipated and to have the legal capacity and necessary competence to access the websites of JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS and contract through them. The user is responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained during registration as a customer, and cannot transfer them to another person.

Once the reservation is made, the user will see the confirmation of their reservation on the screen, and can print it as proof of the reservation made.

The reservation confirmation and the reservation receipt (printed by the user) are not valid as an invoice.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Booking Offers and Price Reference

In compliance with current regulations, especially Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS provides information on all possible reservations, their characteristics, and prices in the corresponding section for formalizing the reservation. However, JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or change the offers presented to its clients through its website, by simply changing their content. Thus, the products and/or services offered at any given time by the JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS website will be governed by the current General Conditions in each case. Also, JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS will have the power to stop offering access to the mentioned products and/or services without prior notice and at any time.

Price Indication

Each possible reservation offered will have its price indicated in euros and whether it includes VAT or any other applicable tax, if any. The prices displayed on the screen will be current at all times.

Availability

The availability of offers offered by JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS updates the database periodically, the reservation requested by the customer could be full at that time. In such a case, JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS will send an email to the customer informing them of the unavailability of the offer.

Payment Methods

JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS has the following payment methods:

• Full payment after the reservation

JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS requests the credit card details, reservation holder, for reservations through its website to guarantee its effectiveness. Please note that the establishment does not charge your credit card when making this reservation. The card is used only as a guarantee. The establishment reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before the customer's arrival.

The invoice for the reservation will be settled 30 days before arrival.

• Partial payment at the time of booking

JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS requests the credit card details, reservation holder, for reservations through its website to formalize it, charging an amount of 30% of the total value of the reservation from the total invoice. The remaining amount of the reservation will be settled 35 days before arrival.

Reservation Cancellation

JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS has the following cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. In the case of making a reservation less than 15 days before check-in, it can be canceled within 24 hours after confirmation without additional cost.

There are non-refundable reservations and/or deposits.
In case the customer does not show up for the reservation without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Withdrawal

As established in Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.

If the user wishes to file a complaint, they must contact via email at info@rentallorca.com. Additionally, JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS has official complaint forms available to consumers and users.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

Also, JUAN CRESPÍ MORILLAS reserves the right to take civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the misuse of its website and content or for the breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the current and applicable regulations in Spanish territory. In the event of any controversy, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
