‘Casa Ca Na Caragola’ is a house with swimming pool with a maximum capacity for six people located in Son Serra de Marina, in a residential area and less than 500m from the beach.
Welcome to Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet place, with an excellent location in the north of the island, ideal for a holiday with family or friends near the beach.
This house with swimming pool has a very nice outside area. It has a 3m x 3m chlorine pool, outdoor shower, a furnished terrace, outdoor dining area and charcoal barbecue perfect for preparing delicious dishes and enjoying evenings outdoors, overlooking the sea. There is a sunbathing area by the pool.
The house is distributed on one floor and has a living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, dining table. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Two complete bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other one with shower next to the three bedrooms, two of them with twin beds and the other one with double bed.
The air conditioning is located in the corridor leading to the bedrooms. The air conditioning is situated to cool the whole accommodation.
Parking at the street
The house is located about 300m from a rocky beach and less than 900m from the sandy beach of more than 1 km long.
In Son Serra there are some good restaurants and you can also practice water sports such as surfing or paddle surfing. Can Picafort is only about 10 minutes away and you will find many restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas.
