Townhouse in the center of Mallorca, ideal for families and cyclists, renovated in 2017, located at the entrance of Sineu, close to a supermarket and only a 5-minute walk from the weekly market.
It accommodates up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (with the option of a baby cot) and another with two single beds. There is an additional multipurpose room (study, games room, relaxation area, etc.).
The living room is pleasantly bright, featuring a modern widescreen satellite TV and WiFi. Ideal for reading and relaxing. It also offers board games for children, teenagers, and adults.
There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms, each with a shower.
Fully equipped kitchen-dining area with views of the terrace, pool, and chill-out area. Includes a large pantry.
There is an outdoor covered barbecue area with a fridge next to the chill-out space. A pleasant and relaxing environment.
The gym is completely new, equipped with two strength-training machines and bicycles, ideal for cyclists and sports enthusiasts in general.
The house is located on a side street just 700 meters from the main square (cafés, ice cream shops, restaurants, church, etc.).
Sineu is one of the most authentic villages in central Mallorca and the perfect starting point for all kinds of holiday activities. The distance to the airport and Palma is حوالي 30 km (about 30 minutes by car). The beach is about 20 minutes away by car (Can Picafort / Playa de Muro). Sineu has a train station (Inca–Palma–Manacor line).
The village itself offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and some historical sites. Every Wednesday, the well-known large market takes place, famous for the many animals sold and exhibited (native breeds of roosters, dogs, and donkeys). The numerous bars in the squares invite you to stay both during the day and at night.
Thanks to its central location, Sineu is only 20 minutes from both the beach and the mountains. All sports and leisure activities can be reached within approximately 20–30 minutes. In the village, there is a cycling track, tennis courts, a beautiful public swimming pool (open only during the summer holidays), two gyms, and many trails for walking or jogging.
