Description
Villa del Carmen Sis is a villa located in Selva, a small village near the Sierra de Tramontana with spectacular views. The maximum occupancy is for 6 people and it has a private swimming pool.
Entering the villa there are few steps leading down to the ground floor, where you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, TV, a pool/air hockey table, a wardrobe, a desk and a music player. The other two bedrooms have a single bed, a large desk, a wardrobe and a window. Both bathrooms have a shower and one of them has a bathtub.
On the first floor there is another bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This room has unbeatable views of the mountains. It has a large wardrobe and TV. On this floor we also find the spacious living-dining room, the kitchen, the terraces and the swimming pool. The living room has a sofa, two comfortable armchairs and two poufs, a decorative fireplace, TV and a 16m2 terrace. The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs and there are stairs leading to a mezzanine with two red sofas. The modern kitchen has a central cooking island with induction hob and vertical extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, water osmosis, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
The garden is located on the first floor and is divided into three levels. It can be accessed from the kitchen or the dining room. The first terrace is a large terrace of 12 x 4m with a dining table for 6 and another one for 4 people. There is also a barbecue. The second height is the salt pool, which measures about 7 x 8m, with a maximum depth of 1,70m. The pool has a shallow area for children to play and a terrace of 5 x 3m with 4 sunbeds for sunbathing. The top level is perfect for a drink or an after-dinner chat under the starry sky.
The house is fully equipped with wifi, air conditioning and central heating. If you need a cot and a highchair you will have to ask for it and we will prepare it for you.
