Throwing yourself in the pool and going out to dry off the drops of water in the sun on its hammocks is priceless, if you feel like being in the shade you can do so thanks to its intelligently placed umbrellas.
In the area behind the terrace you will find a space with high-quality white rattan outdoor furniture.
On the terrace there is also a large table to eat with your family or friends when you have a nice day, a good bottle of Can Coleto wine and start the barbecue with fresh produce from the Capdepera market.
The interior is of quality, as soon as you enter the main door you will notice it, a comfortable sofa with a large television in front of the air conditioning is waiting for you to rest in the moments that you do not want so much sun, for the calm cold months that there is a fireplace placed in front of the handmade olive wood table.
The fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and many more conveniences that will make your vacation easier and more practical.
We will go up a slight staircase to the upper floor and we will find the rooms, all double with the Majorcan style and quality wood, jokers on each side of the bed and large wardrobes to store all your belongings.
The 2 fully equipped and well lit bathrooms continue with the quality of the house.
Its excellent location you will find bars, restaurants, cafes less than 2 minutes from the house, the nearest supermarket is less than 100 meters from the house.
The beautiful bay of Cala Agulla is less than 5 minutes by car, 2 kilometers away. You can park in front of the house with ease.
The optional use of air conditioning will be charged at the accommodation if used: 1 euro for 4 hours of air conditioning; there is a box to put the money. Smoking is allowed outside.
