The small terrace at the top has incredible views of the Tramontana mountains and the town of Sóller, without the noise of cars and without noise other than the singing of the birds.
The beautiful house has 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one room with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom and the other on the ground floor of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances together with a table for 4 people.
The living room has a sofa and a wood stove to spend a few days in spring or winter.
The house has air conditioning throughout the accommodation with hot and cold heat pump.
In the town there is a small square with a church and a bar to have some good typical freshly squeezed orange juices.
