Description
Beautiful villa located in Alcudia, next to the lake and steps from the sea.
The property is on one floor with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
3 of the bedrooms are en suite all with shower, two bedrooms with double bed one of them with air conditioner, one with two single beds and the other with a trundle bed. 3 of them with access to the garden.
There is a large kitchen with dining table, large windows giving natural light and access to the garden.
There is also a living room with TV.
Outside you will find a beautiful garden with barbecue where you will be able to enjoy the most of your stay.
Undoubtedly a villa with an outstanding location and a unique charm.
It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high speed internet to be able to telework.
Important Notice:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
Smoking is allowed outdoors
Air conditioning available 24 hours a day in kitchen and one en-suite bedroom.
Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost.
Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bar, pharmacies and shops are only a few steps away from the holiday accommodation.
The lively Puerto Alcúdia with its harbour promenade and the beautiful old town of Alcúdia can be reached by car or bus directly from the main road in just a few minutes. The old fishing port, where you can buy freshly caught fish, is definitely worth a visit.Along the modern marina, a beautiful waterfront promenade has been created, which is a pedestrian zone inviting you to stroll under palm trees. Very good restaurants, bars and various shops offer a variety of Mediterranean specialities and international dishes as well as good shopping opportunities.
A short 25-minute walk will take you to the old town of Alcudia, which has become very popular in recent years and is one of the most beautiful on the island. The old town is surrounded by a wall and the interior is full of terraces, cafés, shops, shops of all kinds, where you can experience the true spirit of Mallorca.

Location was great, you have everything you need in just 1 or 2 minutes with your car: supermarkets, stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You can walk to the beach (2 minute walk) or take the car and drive a few minutes to go elsewhere. The house issee more

The house is perfect for a numerous family, with spacious rooms, kitchen, garden and parking space. Excellent for our toddlers as there were no stairs or pool to be worried about. We spent three weeks in Mallorca in three different places and this was by far the best place we stayed at. Thanks a lot Home Villas 360 for the amazing service!!

One of the bathrooms had a strong smell coming from the shower drain after taking a shower. This might be the only thing I could think of :)

Villa "Vistafar" is a modern house for up to 8 persons with private pool and sea views, located in Alcanada, the best area of the bay of Alcudia.
The property is totally successful, on the lower floor you will find a large terrace with a mediterranean garden and a swimming pool perfect for the hot days. Of course, you will find a barbecue to delight your fellow travellers.
The first bedroom you will find as soon as you enter on the right hand side has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. From this room you can go to the swimming pool.

Holiday house near the white sandy beach for 8 people, 4 double bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, fenced swimming pool and garden with barbecue.
Located between Puerto de Alcúdia and Platja de Muro, it is less than 50 metres from the shore of the white sandy beach.
The property has a front terrace and a garden with a 3,5m x 5m long private swimming pool to cool off in the back. A fixed barbecue is available for you to enjoy Mediterranean food.
The interior space of about 200 m2 is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large living-dining room with access to the front terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the sea views, a double bedroom overlooking the pool and the fully equipped kitchen for everything you need during your holidays in Mallorca.
