If you are looking for your best holidays in Mallorca you will love this finca. A beautiful pool, a green garden and a great chill out area to enjoy with your family and friends.
The beautiful finca is designed by the owners in a Majorcan and rural style. The large terrace surrounded by green vegetation will lead you to the large swimming pool, where you can swim and relax. If you like sunbathing, the hammock area will allow you to sunbathe.
The terrace space extends over 100 m2. Next to the swimming pool you will find an outdoor barbecue where you can surprise your family or friends with a tasty grill with local products. There is also an outdoor bathroom that will be very practical if you want to wash off the salt from the beach.
Inside the finca there is a very spacious living room, where you will find a cosy corner with a sofa and a fireplace, the dining zone and the open kitchen. The living room is equipped with TV, DVD player, stereo and wireless internet. The kitchen, with american bar, has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and much more.
The house has four double bedrooms. Three bedrooms have two single beds and the fourth has a double bed. There are also two bathrooms with shower and natural light.
If you love the beach, less than 5 minutes by car you can walk along the white sandy beach of sa Coma, where you will also find restaurants and shops. Cala Ratjada, less than 15 kilometres away, offers a beautiful promenade with plenty of dining options, nightclubs and bars, among other leisure areas. If you want to go on a shopping marathon you can go to Manacor or Arta, which are about 17 kilometres away.
