Lovely well maintained and recently refurbished finca with a beautiful swimming pool close to the popular village of Son Macia. You will find local restaurants and shops within a maximum of 2 minutes drive and many beaches within 15 minutes drive. Outside with a large 10m x 5m wide pool, surrounded by lawn, you will be able to swim laps and enjoy with your family or friends, then relax on one of the sun loungers, on one of the 2 surrounding rockers, walk barefoot or lie on the perfectly cut lawn by our owner will be pleasurable. There is a covered dining area next to the pool and 2 other outdoor tables where you can enjoy an outdoor barbecue (there is a portable and a built-in barbecue). The interior of the villa will enchant you, a high quality rustic space will envelop you in a state of peace and relaxation that you are looking forward to on your well-deserved holiday. On entering, on the left is the living-dining room, with sofas, TV and dining table that can be extended for up to 8 people, and a door leading to the first bedroom, spacious, with a comfortable double bed. To the right of the entrance, through an archway, is the kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and another table for 6 people and a full bathroom with bathtub. Before the stairs there is a pantry. Upstairs, there is another glazed living room, two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds and the second bathroom, complete with shower, and there is room to sit on the upper terrace and enjoy the views. The house is located in a rural setting, on a large plot of land near the village of Son Macia, about 6 km from Manacor, where you can stroll through the old town, go shopping or eat at one of the cafes or restaurants in the area. The Rafa Nadal Academy is about 7 km away. The romantic east coast offers good bathing opportunities with its fantastic beaches. The beautiful fishing villages of Porto Cristo or Portocolom and coves such as Cala Romàntica, Cala Varques or Cala Murada are worth a visit. - The use of the heating is optional and will be charged on site in cash in case of use (1.10 Euro / l heating oil).

Son Llodra impresses our visitors thanks to the perfect views that the estate has outside. It consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each), as well as 3 bathrooms. The capacity of this spectacular farm is 8 people. The house also offers a large outdoor area with a generous swimming pool ideal for cooling off on the hottest days, a covered terrace with a dining table, a barbecue and a second elevated furnished terrace with stunning views over the surrounding landscape where you can start the day with a delicious breakfast. In the basement there is also a rest area with a ping pong table. The nearest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in Son Macía (12-minute walk, 3-minute drive; 1.1km), while the nearest beach, Cala Bota, is just a 14-minute drive (8.7km ). Here you can sunbathe on the sand, swim in the sea or stroll along the coast. The island's airport is 48 minutes away by car (56 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
