Description
"Finca Colibri" is an isolated finca with a maximum capacity of eight people located in Son Macià, with views of the Sant Salvador mountain.
The house is distributed over two floors, ground floor and basement. As you enter, you will come into the dining room on the ground floor, with a table for eight people and a wood-burning cooker. To the right of the dining room there is the open kitchen, with an american bar and modern appliances, perfect for cooking. It is also very spacious and has air conditioning (hot and cold). To the left of the dining room is the desk, an ideal place for teleworking.
On the ground floor, there are also three bedrooms with air conditioning (hot and cold) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and two wardrobes. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. One has two single beds and the other has a double bed.
The basement of the house has been designed to be a space for entertainment and relaxation. There is a cocktail area and the living room, with a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV. At the end, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning (hot and cold) and en-suite bathroom, with shower and bathtub.
Outside, there are two porches, each with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. One of the porches has a barbecue for cooking delicious meals with family or friends. Stairs lead down to the garden, with beautiful plants and a well-kept lawn, and to the terrace with swimming pool.
The terrace is the ideal place to sunbathe, enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or relax on the bed-day overlooking the garden. There are sun loungers to enjoy the sun and umbrellas for protection when needed. The pool measures 8m x 4m and has a seating area, with a built-in bench for relaxing in the cool water.

From May to October, it costs €2.20 per person, from 16 years and over, per night.
From November to April, it costs €0.55 per person, from 16 years and over, per night.
- Electricity not included.
The electricity in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on check out. The electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit (0,65 Euro / kWh).
The deposit is: 1000 Euro (refundable).
