The rural villa ‘Son Rossinyol’ is an oasis of tranquillity and the perfect holiday home for a couple in love or a small family.
Outside, the lovingly designed garden, which shows a great sense of detail, awaits you in the house. A covered terrace next to the house houses a pleasant sitting area with a table and comfortable garden chairs and a dining area, for pleasant outdoor barbecues.
The large terrace invites you to sunbathe on the pleasant sun loungers and then cool off in the 7m x 3m private pool.
The covered terrace leads into the cosy, rustic and tastefully decorated interior of the villa. The living and dining room is open plan and has a dining table with enough space for all visitors, two nice sofas, a TV corner, and a fireplace to warm up on cold winter days.
The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the space. The walls and tiles match the warm colours of the wooden furniture and the ceiling beams, giving the whole room a cosy atmosphere.
A small corridor leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. In the first bedroom there is a large double bed for a restful night's sleep, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed for three people, a double bed in the lower part and a single bed in the upper part.
The bedrooms are decorated with charming details and have a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with plenty of space. The bright bathroom with its walk-in shower is modern and functional.
The finca is situated between Llubí and Sineu. Llubí is a small, quiet village, known for its tasty capers, grown in the surrounding fields, with small supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Sineu is a charming and authentic Mallorcan village, with small supermarkets, restaurants and bars and known for its famous agricultural market, which takes place every Wednesday and where you can buy fresh produce and taste the tasty Mallorcan cuisine.
Inca is a 15 minute drive away, known as the city of shoes and leather. The famous beaches of Playas de Muro and Can Picafort are only 20 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy the pleasure of bathing in the Mediterranean Sea on the miles of sandy beaches.

A small detail - bin liners weren’t provided, so remember to buy them at the supermarket. Sineu is a very pretty little town with good restaurants. Being in the centre of Majorca meant nowhere was too far to drive to - you definitely need a car. Being rural, expect to be woken by the owner’s friendly donkey and cockerels! The house and pool were well cared for. In all, we loved staying there, despite the overhead flight path and nearby rail tracks.

Certes nous sommes sous l axe aérien de palma mais ca ne nous a pas pose de problème. Linge de maison fourni tres propre et tres bonne qualité. Le point faible pas d air conditionné poyr en donne un . On s est régalé

Fluglärm, leider liegt das Haus in der Einflugschneise von Mallorca , ziemlich viel Flugverkehr . Leider gibt es am Pool keine Sonnenschirme und dieser liegt mit seinem Platz und den Sonnenliegen den ganzen Tag in der Sonne, also 2-3 Sonnenschirme ausee more

Wir waren eine Woche in der Finca und haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist super eingerichtet und innen wie außen ist alles sehr gepflegt. Wir waren dort die meiste Zeit am Pool und haben die Ruhe genossen, da es doch etwas abseits liegt. Wie in anderen Bewertungen bereits erwähnt befindet sich das Grundstück über der Einflugschneise des Flughafens und es fliegen öfters Flugzeuge darüber was uns aber nach einem Tag schon nicht mehr aufgefallen ist. Der super süße Esel war auch ein absolutes Highlight er hat sich immer über eine Karotte gefreut. Wir können die Unterkunft also absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tout est super aménagé, beaucoup de ventilateur sur place, lits super confortable, la maison sentait très bon. Superbe piscine sans réel vis-à-vis, c’est assez rare faut le noter. Gros point positif pour Lluis, l’âne de la propriété qui en est la mascote et qui adore les pommes et les carottes. Je confirme le commentaire récurrent des bruit d’avion, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Attention au chemin pour y parvenir , ce sont des routes non goudronnées. 4x4/SUV conseillé. Seul bémol, malgré la superbe piscine, beaucoup d’abeilles/guêpes et frelons viennent se nourrir de l’eau présente et c’est dérangeant. Piscine inexploitable dès la nuit tombée, beaucoup de scarabées viennent se nourrir de l’eau et restent en train de flotter jusqu’au lendemain matin. En tous cas, c’était notre première fois mais certainement pas la dernière fois sur place.

Es war wirklich traumhaft, da das Grundstück viel zu bieten hat. Wir wurden auch immer mal von einem Esel aus dem Nachbargrundstück oder einer Katze begrüßt, was eine schöne Abwechslung war. Bei Fragen erhielten wir schnell eine Antwort bzw. war auch schnell jemand vor Ort da.
