Villa Sa Torre Nova has an idyllic and peaceful location. It is located between Sa Coma and Son Carrió, where we can find one of the best villas in the Llevant area.

The villa is located on a plot of land of 22.000 m² and stands out for its large space and unobstructed views through nature. It is surrounded by beautiful vegetation which has been perfectly cared for by the owner Lorenzo. He himself designed this particular villa with a special charm and affection in every corner of the house.

The large swimming pool of 10m x 4m, surrounded by a terrace, will delight and enchant you at every moment. It offers a wonderful view of the property and the surrounding countryside. After a good swim, you can dry off in the sun on the sun loungers and enjoy the warm Mediterranean temperatures. There is also a shed, with a bathroom with shower and a barbecue, where you can savour the best Mediterranean food.

There are 5 double beds, 4 of 2m x 1.80m and q of 2m x 1.60m, and 1 toilet and 5 complete bathrooms with shower, 4 of them en suite, offering plenty of space for a relaxing holiday for a large family or even two families or a group of friends.

Entering the house, we reach a spacious hall.
To the right we find the dining room, with a large table for 10 people and the large open plan kitchen, fully equipped, air conditioned and with many cupboards. From here we can access a terrace with another large table for 10 people, so you can choose to eat inside or outside.
Straight ahead is the spacious living room, with TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a large sofa. From here we can access the covered porch with comfortable seating and views of the pool and the countryside.
To the left, we find a hallway. In the first door on the left hand side there is a toilet and in the second door is the laundry room, with washing machine, dryer, sink, first aid kit, hoover and other cleaning utensils. In the third door there is a full bathroom with shower and to the right there is a large and bright bedroom, with air conditioning, double bed and direct access to the covered porch.
To the left are also the stairs. Going upstairs in front, there is a large bedroom, with air conditioning, double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. To the right, at the end of the corridor, there is a large, bright, air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
To the left, on the right hand side, there are two large, bright, air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. On the left hand side there are two complete bathrooms with shower.

In the house there are two safes where you can keep your valuables.

There is space to park up to 4 cars in the open air.

From May to October, it has a cost of 2 Euro per person, from 16 years old and over, per night.
From November to April, it costs 0.5 Euro per person, from 16 years and over, per night.

35 kWh per day is included. Once the daily limit of 35 kWh is exceeded, any additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit (0.50 Euro / kWh).

- The amount of the deposit is: 300 Euro (refundable).
