Finca Es Coste is an exclusive house with a maximum capacity for 9 people, located in the beautiful village of Pollença, less than 8 km from the beach.
Outside, you will be able to appreciate the incredible views of the village of Pollença. It also has a terrace with a private swimming pool of 7m x 3m, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, with sun loungers and a covered area with a built-in barbecue, where you can spend great evenings outdoors.
As soon as you enter the house, you will find a spacious and rural dining room, a table in the centre with a comfortable sofa and television. There is also a wood-burning cooker for the cold winters. From this space you can access the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your holidays.
From the living room, you can also access one of the double bedrooms with wardrobes and a fully equipped bathroom. As you go upstairs you will find four bedrooms with an Ibizan style that you will love, 2 with 1 double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and another with 3 single beds. There is also another living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs and a complete bathroom on this floor.
The property is located on the outskirts of the village of Pollença and less than 10 minutes’ walk from the centre. In the village you will find all the necessary services to make your stay the best you have ever spent in Mallorca. The location is idyllic to visit any part of the island.

From May to October, it costs 2.2 Euro per person, from 16 years and over, per night.
From November to April, it costs 0.55 Euro per person, from 16 years old and over, per night.

We had a lovely few days in the house and enjoyed spending time by the pool and outdoor space. The house had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the town for shopping and to eat out.

It is perfectly placed for accessing mallorca’s excellent public transport, and the shops and bars of Pollença, while also seeming totally private and tranquil. Nothing beats lounging around your own pool and taking in the mountain views. Highly recommend!

The pool area is beautiful even though April is still a bit cool to stay in the water too long. The wood / charcoal bbq is terrific too. An easy walk to the town (cafes, restaurants, shops) - breakfast at La Mar Dolça was a highlight. Also the walk up Puig de Maria is great (but steep!) One thing to keep in mind when deciding what to pack: the nature of the building (very thick stone walls) means it’s always quite cool inside the house.
