Description
"Finca Salord" is an exclusive finca with a maximum capacity of 8 people, located on the outskirts of Muro.
Outside, you can appreciate a beautiful garden full of colourful flowers, plants and trees. The garden has a paved pathway leading to a beautiful salt water swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The pool measures 9m x 4m, ideal for swimming and sunbathing, and its salt water prevents skin and eye irritation.
The house is on one level. The living room is spacious and bright, with exposed beams, comfortable sofas and armchairs for relaxing, a TV for entertaining and a pellet cooker. There is also a large window that provides plenty of natural light and gives access to the garden and the terrace, which can be left covered with an awning, where you can have a drink outside and enjoy the beautiful views.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking, including fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, ice crusher, electric can opener, mini blender, microwave and dolce gusto coffee machine. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs for family meals.
You can relax in one of the four bedrooms, three of which have two single beds and one has a double bed. All rooms have wardrobes and air conditioning (hot and cold). Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third bathroom is shared.
Finally, the house is equipped with central heating, perfect for winter days and there is private parking on the property.
Playas de Muro is less than 12 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy the sea and its white sand. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are less than 1 kilometre away in the village of Muro. In Puerto de Alcudia, explore the bustling promenade where you can enjoy exquisite cuisine in one of the many restaurants, enjoy exciting water activities, boat trips and a variety of outdoor activities to suit all tastes.

Electricity in this house will be charged separately according to actual consumption and meter reading on departure. Electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit (0,35 Euro / kWh).
- The amount of the deposit is: 200 Euro (refundable).
- Tourist tax not included.
From May to October, it costs 2.2 Euro per person, from 16 years and over, per night.
From November to April, it costs 0.55 Euro per person, from 16 years old and over, per night.
