Finca Son Cladera Petit is a property designed to enjoy peace and tranquility. It is definitely a unique place in a very quiet area and minutes from the hustle and bustle. Composed of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The single-story house offers more space inside than you might think at first glance. The common areas, the dining room and the living room, are bright and pleasant and have a standard interior, mostly made of wood. TVs & Co. are available in the living room for your favorite series, for example, and the open fireplace can be found in the dining room. From here there is not only a generous hatch, but also open access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and in which there is a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge / freezer and microwave, as well as a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. . The washing machine is also located here. In all rooms, you will be greeted by a neat and functional facility, which also has enough ready storage space. Two beds of 1.80 x 1.90 m and single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 m each invite you to relax and sleep in a peaceful environment. A bathtub is installed in one of the two bright and functionally equipped bathrooms, and a spacious and modern shower in the other. The halls of the farm are equipped with hot / cold air conditioning.
The nearby town of Son Macia, with a population of 900 inhabitants, belongs to the municipality of Manacor, which in turn is located in the Llevant region in the east of the island. In Son Macia you can go shopping or visit one of the cafes or restaurants. Also worth a trip to the beautiful fishing village of Porto Christo. A magically beautiful dream beach is Cala Varquez, which some days is completely deserted. It is completely undeveloped and offers fine white sand with a shallow entrance to the sea.
Less than 15 kilometers away from the beach we will find this wonderful villa with a rustic and modern design at the same time.
The outdoor area of the house is undoubtedly the one that stands out most, the large swimming pool invites you to take a break or enjoy the summer, when you leave the pool you can dry the drops of water lying on the hammocks watching the warm Mediterranean sun.
