Magnificent estate next to Rafa Nadal Academy and less than 1 kilometer from the old town of Manacor. Finca "es Collet" offers many other comforts such as the large space on the lawn and the terraces. A large sun canopy positioned next to the saltwater pool.
A shower located outside, as well as a perfect bath next to the pool, swim in the pool and dry off the drops of water lying on the perfectly placed hammocks.
If you feel like playing ping pong you can do it, the comfortable outdoor sofas under the pergola will allow you to have coffee or relax in this area.
Next to the barbecue a large table placed for dinner under the hurdle porch.
You will love the interior of the villa, a maritime atmosphere, white and modern colors with a decoration that indicates that you are just a few minutes from the sea, as soon as you enter you will find the high ceiling with a modern room in a practical and very comfortable loft. The entire villa is on a single floor except for the double room in said mezzanine.
