The house is really spacious and very well looked after. Kitchen is large and very well equipped. It's certainly one of the best houses we have ever rented. A special mention and thank you to the host Joan who was incredibly helpful and responded to any questions immediately. We had a very minor issue with the pool that was resolved immediately. Thank you. If you're worried that there's no air con - don't be ! the fans provided in the rooms and the size of the house mean it's not a problem. We are now hoping to book again for next year. LOVED IT.

An amazing place to stay with a wonderful host. The house was clean, comfortable, and Joan was incredibly accommodating, always communicating quickly and making sure everything went smoothly. While the bedroom photos were slightly outdated, they still accurately represented the space. It’s also worth noting that the bed configuration differed slightly from the listing, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds rather than 6 single beds. This didn’t take away from what was a lovely stay, but it may be helpful information for future guests. For future guests, I’d recommend hiring a car, as the property is a little further from the main attractions and town centre. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend both Joan as a host and her beautiful home to anyone visiting the area.

Maison et jardin magnifique. Lieu calme. A 20 minutes de Palma. Et accès facile aux autres villes. Max une heure pour rejoindre le nord ou le sud. Et à 30 minutes d’Alcudia. Nous avons eu un soucis avec une des douche. Mais le problème a été résolu au mieux et rapidement. Hôte très réactif à nos questions. Seul point gênant : le prestataire pour entretenir les extérieurs et la piscine est venu le seul jour où nous voulions profiter du jardin et nous reposer. Nous n’avons pas été prévenu. Donc une demi journée de perdue. Alors qu’il était possible de s’organiser, et d’être de sortie pendant sa venue. Ou tout simplement, il venait après notre départ. Ce qui aurait été plus logique et respectable. J’espère que cette situation sera mieux gérée pour les prochains locataires. Car, tout le reste était parfait. Je recommande ce logement jusqu’à 6 personnes. Les pièces sont très spacieuses. Et vous vous sentez bien rapidement. La décoration est très jolie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Merci

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war so wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben. Toller Außenbereich, super ruhige Lage, große Räumlichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch super. Er hat immer innerhalb von 30 geantwortet und warsee more
Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war so wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben. Toller Außenbereich, super ruhige Lage, große Räumlichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch super. Er hat immer innerhalb von 30 geantwortet und war super proactive, vorausschauend und super nett. Super Lage für uns! 30min bis zum Flughafen und ca. 45-60min bis zu jeglichen Stränden in der Umgebung.
