The exterior of the house is built with a lot of Mallorcan character, each quarry stone is hand-laid one by one. You will love the infinity pool area with its unbeatable views. When you get out of the pool you can lie on the sun loungers and enjoy the Mediterranean sun. On the large terrace you can also relax in the shade on the comfortable sofas under the porch. There is also a full outdoor bathroom with shower.

Next to the 900 year old olive tree, you will find the charcoal barbecue that will make your holiday even more attractive with a good local product and you can eat outdoors at the table on the covered terrace. In the garden area, on the lawn, you can enjoy a children's playhouse, a slide and a swing that will make it easier for you to relax.

When you enter the house you will breathe an atmosphere of unbeatable quality, exposed antique wooden beams combined to perfection with the floor and the furniture. The living room and kitchen space is completely connected. There is a large breakfast bar with a long table for all the guests, the kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven and many more details that make it easy to cook. From the living room there is access to the terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air.

You will love the bedrooms: there are 6 air-conditioned rooms with ceiling fans, each with 2 single beds, and 4 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub, 1 with shower and bathtub and the other 2 with shower, two of them en-suite and fully equipped so that you will not lack anything.

The property is a sustainable and ecological accommodation, where they make their own organic extra virgin olive oil, for clients who are looking for the authenticity of travelling respecting nature, the local community and ecology. Ideal for families who want to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the most authentic Mallorca.

Sineu, with its bars and traditional market every Wednesday, is only a few kilometres away. About 20 km away, you can visit all the northern beaches and coves on the coast, from C'an Picafort, through Platja de Muro to Puerto de Alcudia, with the offer of excellent restaurants, sea excursions and all kinds of services and in Alcudia you can visit the medieval walls or the Roman city of Pollentia.
