Finca "Compteses Petit" with a rural and Majorcan style thanks to its natural stone architecture both inside and outside, a finca located 500 meters from the center of Álcudia town, maintaining the intimacy and very close to restaurants, bars , shops and many more things.
The exterior space of Finca " Compteses Petit " is a unique and exclusive paradise, you will have a lot of privacy surrounded by the nature that surrounds you at all times, a large swimming pool, Balinese macas, getting out of the water wet and drying your drops of water in the intelligently placed lounger for more hours of sunshine per day. If you like to play ping pong you can do it under the shade of the tree to be cooler.
From this space you will be able to access the fully equipped porch with comfortable brown sofas, a large modern glass table with white chairs to be able to eat fresh thanks to the air conditioning on the hottest days.
In the interior of the house we will see the decoration in a rural style, exposed beams from felled trees, quality furniture, quarry stone walls, small rural details with character.
The kitchen is fully equipped and joint with the living room, Mallorcan type with dishwasher, sinks, worktop, microwave, coffee maker, oven, microwave and small kitchenware that will help you in your day to day.
On the lower floor you will find a perfectly equipped double room, exposed beams with air conditioning, jokers, precious stone walls and small details that you will love.
The bathroom with a bathtub for moments of relaxation, bidet, hair dryer, mirror and all kinds of equipment that you may like.
Through some light stairs we will access the upper part of the house, we continue with the same style, here we will find 2 more double rooms and a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, spectacular stone walls, exposed beams, quality double bed and many more perfect details. for your stay.

The villa is perfect, an old farm house with immaculate grounds and beautifully presented. The location is ideal, not too far from any beaches and a couple mins walk into the historic old town of Alcudia. The host is really helpful and will go above see more

This is a really beautiful villa, great value for money and close to all amenities so no hire care required, the pool is amazing, we travelled with 4 teenagers but it would suit all ages of kids. It's a typical Spanish villa so the kitchen is not equsee more
This is a really beautiful villa, great value for money and close to all amenities so no hire care required, the pool is amazing, we travelled with 4 teenagers but it would suit all ages of kids. It's a typical Spanish villa so the kitchen is not equipped for any want to be chef's, but overall a real gem of a place. The owner of the villa met us on arrival and asked for 500 euros in cash as a deposit! This was not stipulated in any of the information that we received from the agent Joan, we refused as it was 11pm and we did not have 500 euros cash on us. Lucjily he got hold of the agent and they agreed to provide it. But as a watch out check with the agent once you book. Despite this we had a fabulous week and i would highly recommend it to anyone. I noticed a few comments about the charge for air conditioning - for 6 of us this was only 25 euros for the week so not a problem at all.

Villa exactly as expected and good location. Slightly disappointing that there are limited basic items such as salt & pepper and cleaning materials. Owner was helpful but we were surprised to be asked to provide a cash deposit. Juan very easy to commsee more

We had a great stay, very close to Alcúdia and easy to get to lovely beaches.

Toni (værten) var meget imødekommende, punktlig og rigtig rar! Huset var perfekt til en familietur med en dejlig have, hyggelig indretning og gåafstand til byen, men stadig tilpas privat. Huset var rigtig godt indrettet og virkelig hyggeligt. Poolen see more
Toni (værten) var meget imødekommende, punktlig og rigtig rar! Huset var perfekt til en familietur med en dejlig have, hyggelig indretning og gåafstand til byen, men stadig tilpas privat. Huset var rigtig godt indrettet og virkelig hyggeligt. Poolen havde en god størrelse til større børn, og området omkring poolen indbød til afslapning med forskellige liggestole og gode muligheder for både sol og skygge. Haven var velholdt og skabte en rolig atmosfære, hvor man nemt kunne tilbringe hele dagen. Placeringen var helt perfekt med kort afstand til byen på markedsdage og en kort slentretur til Mercadona til større indkøb. Den gamle del af Alcudia er helt perfekt til shoppingture og har et godt udvalg af restauranter, caféer og hyggelige gader at gå på opdagelse i. Alt fremstod rent, velholdt og præcis som beskrevet i annoncen. Vi ville uden tøven booke huset igen, hvis vi besøger Mallorca i fremtiden. Vi kan varmt anbefale både huset og Toni som vært.

Séjour parfait, villa agréable et à proximité immédiate de Alcudia, belle ville animée. Climatisation payante mais au final pas trop chère 22 euros pour les 3 chambres. Prévoir 500 euros en liquide et la taxe soit pour 5 personnes 577 euros. Petites see more

Petites choses à améliorer : la lumière trop faible dans les chambres et la cuisine, rajouter des vrais couteaux, j'ai laissé une balle de ping pong et sel poivre huile les basiques. Ein tolles Natursteinhaus mit großem Pool in üppigem Grün und zum großen Teil uneinsehbar. Zur Altstadt von Alcudia 10 min Fußweg. Vermieter Toni ist bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle.
