The apartment is exactly as described - nice, comfortable for a holiday by the sea (walkable to the main beach promenade in 2 mins). We appreciated the big terrace for breakfast/dinner and the nice touch of provided wine and fruit upon arrival. The place was also spotlessly clean.

We have arrived late in the apartment, just before our daughter's bed time when we realized that her bed is missing :) however, Juan was super nice and arranged the crib in no time and all this happened at Easter Sunday. Also, we were welcomed by tasty fruits and wine. Finally, Juan was very responsive and flexible. Apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and big. It is very close to the beautiful beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The only downside is that is located on a busy street with a lot of traffic and an Irish pub across the street so it is quite noisy, also during the night. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay at Juan's very much.

Vi har haft en fantastisk vecka i lägenheten och på Mallorca! Vi tyckte det var ett bra utgångsläge för utflykter och bad. Boendet är jättebra och ligger väldigt nära ett stort utbud av restauranger & mataffärer, ett kvarter till strandpromenaden och det ligger en trevlig pub/sportbar precis mitt emot entrén. Väldigt bekvämt! Lägenheten är fint och modernt inrett och har två fräscha badrum. Samtliga sovrum har fläkt och det finns två AC. Stor och härlig terrass i två väderstreck och flera markiser. Enda minus var att köket är extremt trångt, man får turas om att vara där. Sängarna som vanligt lite hårda utomlands när det inte finns någon extra bäddmadrass på resårbotten som vi är vana vid, men allt var rent och fräscht. Strandhanddukar finns och behöver inte packas med hemifrån och tvättmaskinen fungerar bra. Det finns gott om gratis parkeringar på grusplan nära boendet. Joan var mycket snabb att svara, hjälpsam och trevlig. Löste problem snabbt! Vi är jättenöjda :)

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sauber, sie verfügt über zwei Badezimmer und eine große Terrasse. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, und es gibt mehr als genug Decken und Handtücher. Bei der Ankunft warteten Wein, Obst und Kekse auf uns. Drei Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es einen großen öffentlichen (kostenlosen) Parkplatz. Der Strand ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt, der Supermarkt ebenfalls 3 Minuten, verschiedene Restaurants 1–5 Minuten. Die Türen von Badezimmer und Küche sollten immer geschlossen gehalten werden, da sich sonst der Geruch aus der Kanalisation in der Wohnung ausbreiten kann. (Laut den Kommentaren ist dieses Problem fast überall auf Mallorca ähnlich.) Das Einzige, was wirklich störend war, ist die Wasserpumpe im Treppenhaus, die sich jedes Mal einschaltet, wenn jemand den Wasserhahn öffnet. Sie ist sehr laut und das Treppenhaus vibriert, wenn sie läuft. Trotzdem vergeben wir 5 Sterne, da die Lage ausgezeichnet ist und die Wohnung sauber war!

Nos encantó el departamento, esta super bien ubicado a 1 cuadra de la playa y la zona es tranquila. El departamento tiene todo para cocinar, pensaron en todos los detalles. Primera vez que me hospedo en un lugar que tiene todo lo que un huésped puede necesitar. Nos sentimos felices ahí y muy lindo detalle que nos dejó Juan una galletas, fruta y vino para nuestra llegada. Me quedaría en esta propiedad siempre!!! Me encantó Alcudia y el departamento es fantástico. Gracias !!

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren im Januar da, weshalb wir mit den zwei Klimageräten heizen mussten. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt von der Straße lauter, da die Fenster nur einfach verglast sind. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Esee more

Im Sommer ist es bestimmt von der Straße lauter, da die Fenster nur einfach verglast sind. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Eines der Bäder ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Die Couch auch klasse. In der Küche auch alles vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist riesig und hat eine tolle sonnige Ausrichtung, überwiegend nach Westen. In einer Minute am Hafen, am Strand oder an Geschäften, die man benötigt.

Al vind ik de prijs wel wat aan de hoge kant.
