                Beautiful villa in Son Servera less than 20 metres from the sea, with a capacity for 9 people.
              

                The outdoor terrace is very large, fully fenced and has a covered porch, outdoor furniture, playground and barbecue area. Here you can enjoy wonderful evenings with your family and friends.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the lower floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen and the glazed living room. The living room has direct access to the outside terrace, and is equipped with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa and television. Next to the two bedrooms there is a bathroom. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, the first bedroom with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed and two single beds. There are also two fully equipped bathrooms.

The Villa has central heating with hot and cold pump throughout the house, there is a fireplace in the living room and wifi for teleworking.

The minimum stay to make a reservation is 1 month.
