              "Villa es Mollet" is a modern villa with a maximum capacity of six people located in Son Serra de Marina, in a residential area and less than 400m from the beach.
            

              Welcome to Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet place with an excellent location in the north of the island, ideal for a holiday with family or friends near the beach. 

This modern house with swimming pool with a very nice outside area. It has a 7m x 3m chlorine pool, a furnished terrace, outdoor dining area and barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying evenings outdoors. 

The house is distributed on one floor and has a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, 2 pouffes, a Sat-TV and dining table; fully equipped kitchen; a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, each with double bed, one of them with en suite bathroom with shower.   

Outside parking for up to 4 cars.

The house is located about 100 m from a rocky beach and less than 400 m from the sandy beach of more than 1 km. 
In Son Serra there are some good restaurants and you can also practice water sports such as surfing or paddle surfing. 
Ca'n Picafort is only about 10 minutes away and you will find many restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas.
