              "Finca Can Flauta" is a quiet finca with a maximum capacity of five people located in Selva, in the middle of nature.
            

              Ca'n Flauta is a villa located in Selva, a small picturesque village at the foot of the Sierra de Tramontana with spectacular views. The maximum occupancy is for 5 people and it has a private swimming pool.

The villa is on one floor only, and at the entrance you will find the living-dining room and the kitchen, equipped with everything you need such as gas cooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The villa has 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The villa has a direct access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the Tramontana mountains.

On the terrace you will be able to enjoy great meals, either having breakfast with the marvellous views in the background or preparing a delicious barbecue. You can also cool off on hot days in the 8m x 4m swimming pool or sunbathe and relax on the sun loungers while enjoying a good book. 

Selva is a perfect place for cyclists and hikers, there are many routes nearby, or for families looking for a quiet holiday in a place from which they can easily visit all the corners of the island. Every Wednesday in Selva you can buy fresh produce at the weekly market to prepare delicious meals.

The air conditioning in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on departure. The consumption will be deducted from the deposit (0,30 Euro / kWh).
