              "Finca Carritx" is an impressive finca with a maximum capacity of six people located between Santa Margalida and Can Picafort, in the middle of nature.
            

              The accommodation has a surface area of 150 m² and is cosy, comfortable and very bright, with views of the mountains, the garden and the swimming pool. There are several areas where you can relax. You will feel at home here.

The swimming pool stands out in the garden, where you can cool off on hot summer days and sunbathe on the sun loungers on the terrace, relax on the Balinese bed or play table tennis. A safety barrier can be installed around the pool at no extra cost if you are travelling with small children.
Next to the pool there is a covered barbecue area, where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy pleasant evenings with family or friends on the covered terrace. Here there are several more seating areas where you can sit and relax.

The house is distributed over two levels. The ceilings are high with exposed beams, the furniture and decoration have been carefully selected. The rooms are air-conditioned.

On the ground floor is the living room, with comfortable sofas, TV and a cosy fireplace for winter evenings, the dining room, which is connected to the open plan, fully equipped kitchen. There is another small sitting room where you can relax. There is also a modern, quality bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with a 1.50 m x 2.00 m bed.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with a bed of 1,50 m x 2,00 m, another bedroom with two beds of 0,90 m x 2,00 m, a second modern bathroom with bathtub, and a terrace with wonderful views over the countryside towards the sea.

The villa is well communicated and located in an ideal area for children, surrounded by countryside and only 3 km from the sandy beach of Can Picafort.

- Tourist tax not included.
From May to October, it costs 2 Euro per person, from 16 years and over, per night.
From November to April, it costs 0.5 Euro per person, from 16 years and over, per night.

- Electricity not included.
The electricity in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on check out. The electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit (0,30 Euro / kWh).
The deposit is: 300 Euro (refundable).
