              "Finca Salord" is a spacious finca with a maximum capacity of eight people located in Muro, in the countryside.
            

              The interior has four bedrooms, three with two single beds and one with a double bed. All rooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning (hot and cold). Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third bathroom is shared.

The living room is spacious and bright, with comfortable sofas and armchairs for relaxing, a TV for entertainment and a pellet cooker. There is also a large window that gives access to the garden and provides plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is open to the living room  and is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for cooking, including a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and coffee maker. In addition, there is a dining area with a table and chairs to enjoy family meals.

Outside, there is a beautiful garden full of colourful flowers, plants and trees. The garden has a paved pathway leading to a beautiful salt water swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The pool measures 9m x 4m, ideal for swimming and sunbathing, and its salt water prevents skin and eye irritation.

Finally, the house is equipped with central heating, perfect for winter days, and there is private parking on the property.

Playas de Muro is less than 12 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy the sea and the white sand. Bars and restaurants are less than 1 kilometre away in the village of Muro. The port of Alcudia is also a popular tourist area, where you can go shopping.

The electricity in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on check out. The electricity usgae will be deducted from the deposit (0,35 Euro / kWh).
The deposit is: 200 Euro (refundable).
