              Finca Rustica Villa Llimonera is a comfortable and spacious house for up to 8 people.
            

              Prepare a delicious barbecue, enjoy a drink by the pool, the little ones can play in the spacious garden. The chlorine pool has a size of about 7m x 4m. Sun loungers surround the pool for sunbathing. 

The house has a porch with a dining table, where you can enjoy relaxing sunsets or breakfast in the morning.

Entering the house, you will find two living rooms with a sofa: one with a dining table and the other with a television, which opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the utensils to prepare your favourite dishes during your stay. The house has 4 double bedrooms, divided over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and two double beds, as well as a complete bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the master bedroom, with views over the garden and the swimming pool and a spacious terrace. There is also a bathroom with bathtub. A fan is available for each bedroom, for the hottest nights of the Mediterranean summer.

On request, we can prepare a cot and high chair for a baby up to 2 years old, free of charge.
There is space in the driveway to park 4 or 5 cars.

Villa Limonera is situated in a quiet residential area, only 15 minutes drive to the nearest beaches. The nearest town is Sa Pobla and is about 5 minutes by car. There you will find all kinds of services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
The romantic village of Pollença is about 10 minutes away by car and is worth a visit for its Sunday market, museums, art galleries and of course the 365 steps to the hermitage, where you will be amazed by the breathtaking views over the village and the whole bay of Pollença.
