              The flat is located on the first floor of a villa. On this floor you will find three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and one with two single beds. Luckily there is air conditioning in all three rooms and one of the bedrooms has a suite bathroom. The second bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms.

The flat has a very spacious living-dining room which is connected to the covered terrace with sea views. The living room is perfect for any family activity, as it has a TV, sofa, wifi, air conditioning, fireplace and a large table. The covered terrace will allow you to enjoy the sea breeze and relax while reading a book.

The kitchen is fully equipped and impeccable. It is also connected to another terrace open to the sky that will allow you to dine under the stars.

All the air conditioners have hot and cold pump, so they can be used in winter and summer. The fireplace in the living room is only decorative.
