              The beautiful villa "Can Calco" is located in Moscari and offers spectacular views towards the Tramuntana mountains.
            

              Can Calco was originally a hotel-restaurant but now is an exclusive villa.

The house has a very large outdoor area, with a private swimming pool that is surrounded by a wooden terrace and a set of comfortable sun loungers. You will also be pleased to know that there is a barbecue and chill-out area.
From here, you can enjoy the indescribable scenery towards the mountains and the horizon. I'm sure these views will make you want to go hiking or cycling in the Tramuntana Mountains, a World Heritage Site.

The interior of the villa offers you a professional kitchen, the kitchen of the restaurant Can Calco, with an industrial look, but very practical. In the ground floor you will find a living room and a large dining room. You will also find a bedroom with a double bed and suite bathroom. On the upper floor of the flat you will find four bedrooms with private bathrooms en suite. Most of the bedrooms have a small balcony. 

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning with hot and cold pump, so you can use them in winter and summer.
