              The spacious and modern flat can accommodate a maximum of 5 people and has three bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed of 160 cm. The second has two single beds of 90 cm and the last one has a single bed of 90 cm. In addition, each bedroom has air conditioning for hot nights. The house also has two air conditioners, one is located in the corridor of the rooms and the other in the living room.

The flat has a large living-dining room with satellite TV, DVD and WIFI. This is the family area, where you can relax on the sofa or enjoy a nice dinner. The living room is connected to the large terrace of 10 meters, where you can see the Mediterranean Sea, contemplate the intense turquoise blue of its waters and the wonderful sunsets.

The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) necessary for your well-deserved holidays.

Finally, the flat has a complete bathroom and a toilet.

There are three electric radiators in the flat in case you want to visit us for Christmas or in low season. One radiator is in the living room, the second is in the corridor and the last one is in the room with the double bed.
