              This beautiful Villa with lawns and stone on the outside creates a very special and Mediterranean atmosphere. The large terrace that surrounds the whole house will allow you to choose the place you like the most depending on the time of the day. A barbecue also awaits you to delight your travel companions with the best products of the market of Capdepera as every Wednesday of the week.

As soon as you enter the interior of the villa you will find a large living room where you can enjoy the peace and quiet you deserve during your holiday, a large television and a wifi device will allow you to relax as you should. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee machine, microwave and many more little details. The three bedrooms are cosy and spacious and will make you feel at home. The house is completely flat and without steps, so that people with wheelchairs can come here.

 For us, it was the bedrooms that confirmed our first impression of this house, as a cosy atmosphere with colourful accents makes it incredibly easy to feel at home. And as there are no steps or stairs in the house, this villa is also a good place for wheelchair users.

Just 5 km away you will find the seaside village of Cala Ratjada, a variety of bars and restaurants are located right by the sea.   The village of Arta and Capdepera are less than 10 minutes away.
