              Incredible semi-detached house with a small private pool and large terrace in Binissalem, a village with a special charm at the foot of the "Sierra de Tramuntana" and very close to Palma.
            

              Villa Ca Sa Tia is distributed on a single first floor. The kitchen together with the living room provide a great feeling of spaciousness and from this space you can lie on the sofa enjoying the satellite TV. If you have to control the little ones, you will be able to do it thanks to its large window that also provides great luminosity to the room. 

The air conditioning is distributed throughout the house, due to the high temperatures of Mallorca the best combination is a good pool and air conditioning. 

You will be able to choose between three bedrooms: two with double bed and one with two single beds. Every detail is thought to make your stay special. In addition, if you travel with a baby we will provide you with a crib and a highchair. 

The house is located in Binissalem, an area known for the production of excellent wines. For this reason, you cannot miss a glass of wine in the town square. If you visit us in September, you have the possibility to visit the "Festa des Vermà", where there are celebrations and activities related to wine. In Binissalem you will find restaurants, supermarkets and all the necessary services for an independent stay. The beach of Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Muro are about 30 minutes away by car. Or, if you prefer the south, you can go to Playa de Palma, about 30 km away. The "Sierra de Tramuntana", ideal for hiking and cycling, is 10 km away.
