Garden enthusiasts will be impressed!

And of course, there is the glorious 14m swimming pool with a changing area and sunloungers.

Stepping inside, the ground floor has an enormous sitting room which features an original 600 year old olive press (a ´tafona´), and has stunning designer sofas, a wood burning stove and a beamed ceiling. It is the perfect blend of Mallorcan history and luxurious contemporary design. The art and sculptures are the work of the owner who taught fine art for many years.

The enormous kitchen could easily be in a magazine. It was handmade by a local carpenter and is built entirely from reclaimed oak beams. It also boasts a wonderful oak table which seats 12 - ideal for a long Mediterranean breakfast.

The six large double bedrooms, all have extremely comfortable double beds and charming locally designed furniture and fabrics. All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, tiled with the highest quality Mallorcan stone.

This luxury villa is the ultimate get-away-from-it-all retreat. Total peace and quiet. Just the distant sound of goat bells, birds and the rustling of palm trees. It is magical! And yet, it is just 5km from Pollensa which has lots of charming cafés and restaurants, the famous Calvario steps and a lively Sunday market.
