              Die Villa Pula befindet sich auf der Ostseite der Insel, in der Nähe der Stadt Son Servera und am Fuße eines Golfplatzes.

Die Villa ist für 6 Personen geeignet und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten und 2 Einzelbetten.
            

              Pula has a rustic style with natural stone and at the same time it is decorated in a modern way with attention to the traditional Mallorcan style.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with direct access to the terrace and pool. The spacious and bright kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there are also 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Throughout the upper floor is the spacious and comfortable master suite with private bathroom.

And with a large terrace overlooking the pool and surroundings. Around the beautiful pool you will find hammocks and Balinese beds. Lovely to relax in after a day of cycling. You can also relax on comfortable loungers and sofas/chairs on the spacious terraces that surround the villa.

Wonderful haven of peace, located within a golf course, with a private oak forest. Perfect to spend a holiday with family or couple or friends, without neighbors and with perfect tranquility.

It is close to the best beaches in the area, good restaurants, as well as 4 golf courses within 3 km radius.
