"Comtat Muro 1" ist eine Wohnung mit einer maximalen Kapazität für sechs Personen in Muro, in einer Wohngegend gelegen.
Beim Betreten der Wohnung finden Sie eine Küche, die zum Esszimmer hin offen ist, das mit einem großen Tisch ausgestattet ist, an dem bis zu sechs Personen Platz finden können. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und Sie haben Zugang zu einer Terrasse, auf der Sie in der Sonne essen können.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich auch eine Toilette und die Waschküche.
Im ersten Stock befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem eigenen Ankleidezimmer und einem eigenen Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und einen kleinen privaten Ankleideraum. Und schließlich das dritte Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Auf dieser Etage finden wir ein weiteres komplettes Badezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, die warm und kalt arbeiten.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos auf der Anzeige, sie ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ort ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, es gibt auch ganz in der Nähe einen öffentlichen Parkplatz.

Muro is a quiet town and a great base for exploring Mallorca, especially the beautiful beaches in the north, while Palma and other towns are also easy to reach The best part was the communication with Juan. He was always responsive and helpful with both check-in and check-out. We had a small issue with the drying rack and a bedroom door, and both were fixed very quickly without causing us any inconvenience I would definitely recommend this house to groups of friends or families looking for a spacious, quiet, and well-located place to explore Mallorca

It was tidy, clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and detergent (which came in handy when coming back from the beach), and air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms. Joan was a wonderful host, always attentive and giving recommendations when needed. The area is quiet and peaceful, and just a 20 min drive to Playa de Muro which is a great beach for families with little children. Parking is a few minutes walk from the apartment and is free. We never had an issue finding a parking spot. I would definitely recommend Joan’s apartment. 😊
