Si desean pasar unas fabulosas vacaciones en tranquilidad en el corazón de Mallorca se encuentra el agroturismo son Calo.
El apartamento numero "E" uno de los cinco apartamentos disponibles que tenemos, ofrece toda la comodidad que necesitáis para vuestras vacaciones.
Con un estilo rustico-moderno, con aire acondicionado de frío y calor, les recibirá con una agradable terraza en la zona delantera con acceso a un jardín y piscina de 9m x 3m donde poder refrescarse en los calurosos días de verano.
Al entrar, encontraremos una cocina abierta a la sala de estar, cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario.
Aquí podrán tumbarse tranquilamente en el cómodo sofá con el estómago lleno y terminar la velada.
El interior de la casa se presenta de un estilo moderno. Los muebles nórdicos y colores frescos y brillantes hacen que las habitaciones brillen con el típico estilo mallorquín. A menos de 2 kilómetros encontrarás el centro histórico del pintoresco pueblo de petra. Aquí podrás disfrutar de restaurantes, cafeterías y un precioso museo para visitar.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement dans un tres bel environnement ! La communication est excellente avec l’hôte et l’arrivée ainsi que le départ parfaits. Le logement était très propre et très bien situé en plein milieu de l’île. Petit plus, les serviettes ont été changées une fois durant notre séjour. Pour continuellement améliorer vos services, voici nos retours : au vu de la qualité du lieu, nous trouvons dommage que la cuisine ne soit cependant pas très bien équipée (poêles abîmées - tout colle dedans, pas de couteau coupant, pas de sel / poivre, etc.). Il ne manque pas grand chose pour rendre le séjour parfait et plus agréable pour les longs séjours comme le nôtre. Autre petite précision, les chiens des voisins peuvent avoir tendance à beaucoup aboyer… Cela n’a pas entaché la qualité de notre séjour ; nous recommandons cet Airbnb !

Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und sparsam aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, z.B. könnte die Ausstattung mit Kochgeschirr umfangreicher sein. Zu beachten ist, dass die Wohnung aus einem Zimmer besteht - für uns kein Problem, aber ggf. gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass Bad und Toilette zwar sichtgeschützt sind, aber eben ohne Tür. Für den Preis aber eine sehr gute Wahl und wir würden wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung in der Nähe von Petra. Sie befindet sich auf einer im Grünen gelegenen, kleinen Anlage mit ca. 5 weiteren Ferienwohnungen und ist bestenfalls mit einem Mietwagen (klare Empfehlung für die Gegend aber auch generell für Mallorca ist ein kleiner SUV) zu erreichen. Wir haben von hier aus die ganze Insel erkundet und uns dann immer gefreut, zurück in die Ruhe der Ferienwohnung zu kommen. Besonders idyllisch war die Schafherde, die in den benachbarten Weiden gegrast hat. Die Kommunikation mit Rentallorca war sehr freundlich und einfach. ☺️ Wie einige Kommentare hier schon geschrieben haben, gibt es in der Wohnung keine Türen, also insbesondere auch weniger Privatsphäre im Bad und nicht allzu viel Stauraum für Kleidung (eine Kleiderstange mit ca. 7 Bügeln und ein paar Regalbretter). Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und man hat vom Küchenfenster einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. 🌅

The host was excellent—responsive, proactive, and always available to ensure everything went smoothly. One thing to mention is that the washrooms lacked doors and direct ventilation, which might not suit everyone’s preference. However, this was a minor concern compared to the overall charm of the place. I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet escape in Mallorca!
